Magnetic tire insurance sweeper
We built a mchine shed on our farm and had screws and nails all over the building site, my wife purchased the sweeper and she calls the magnetic sweeper "TIRE INSURANCE". We went over the building site every day at least once, i would even find my kids and friends stopping in and pushing the sweeper around with out being asked, I felt like Tom Sawyer, it actually mde the job fun and we picked up over a 5 gallon bucket of good and bad hardware. It had more than enough power to pick up 8 inch ring shank nails and small screws a foot away. Oh and four months later not one flat tire, and I have loaned it out three times and had to put my name on it. Thanks I would by one again in a minute.

Powerful Magnet
This is a great magnet for cleaning up any metal, even that embedded in gravel. We use it to clean in front of the shop, especially after welding. We pick up the unused tips of welding rods in a matter of seconds. It's easier to pull the magnet through gravel driveways than to push it. The wheels are a little small for pushing. The magnet is very powerful. On one round I heard a rather loud "click" on the bottom of the unit. I thought it was a large nut or small bolt. It turned out to be a very rusty three inch adjustable wrench that came in the gravel and was buried unnoticed for at least three years. A great tool to have around the ranch.

Good sweeper
I use this sweeper to pick up screws and wire in my gravel parking lot. It is easy to use, works good in gravel and is really strong on concrete and flat surfaces. Good value for the price, will pay for itself with the money saved on fixing tires.

Mag without accessories
I bought this item for my father-in-law. He does small construction but loses plenty of nails, also the house he lives in the previous owners dumped their nail loaded stove ash by the tree in the driveway. I bought it without the rake and it does great. It is light enough to move around easily but only pulls metal 1/4" out of the dirt. The rake attachment would probably good but it should have been included with the magnet. Great clean-up tool.

Magnetic Sweeper
I bought the magnetic sweeper to use at work where we tear down tv's and refurbish the circuit boards. We take out hundreds of screws every day and there are always screws on the floor that get stuck in the fork lift tires and cause damage to the tire and to the floor. The sweeper came unassembled but was very easy to put together and it allows you to adjust the height of the magnet from the floor. At the highest setting you had to push the sweeper very slowly in order to get it to pick up the screws but after adjusting the sweeper to a lower height (about halfway between the highest and lowest setting) you could walk at a normal walking speed and it would pick up most of the screws it passed over. Releasing the screws from the magnet was slightly awkward because the magnet was so strong you have to have a good grip low on the handle with your other hand or just step on the barrell and give it a jerk. Overall it is a very well made tool and does exactly what it is intended for. Well worth the money.

Rolling magnet
A good, solid product that is the right size for most jobs. Picks up dirty/rusty metal that you can't see in the dirt. The magnet release handle makes dumping the metal in a trash can very simple. The rake attachement does'nt help all that much, but at the same time I don't know how it could be improved.
