"Solid product, well made, durable, includes pretty good instructions for using with different metals, testing hardness, which lubrication to choose, etc., strong carry case.

First use was to fixed my garbage can by threading 5/16th x 24 onto the wheels' steel rod and adding a nut when the cap fell off of one side and disappeared. Worked great!"

"I think this tap and die set has the most bang for the dollar by far. I would compare this set, to a fellow mechanics Mac set but 1/6 of the price we both work on same equipment daily my Northern Tool 45 pc set still works great and is just as durable as his . I would reccomend this kit to all.The range of sizes are great for this kit (and my use).
If and when something happens to this kit I would replace It with a new one!"
