"This fencer is rated at 4 volts. Mine arrived in two days, needed it bad so paid for express delivery. Set it in sun for three days like instructions say and put it to work. Checks at 4.3 to 4.5 volts on meter and have had no trouble with it. Priced similar units locally and all were $190 to in excess of $300. Mine is taking care of about a mile of fencing."

"Worked great all summer and still working good this winter even with less daylight. Had to charge a couple days first before getting a good shock, which was expected. Worked good even with lots of weeds growing on the wire. Used this to keep deer and raccoons out of a 2000 sq.ft. garden and didn't have any problems. Thanks"
