  5. What transfer switch do I need for this. I have a 150A main breaker switch on my electrical box.

    1. The generator should be used with a 200 Amp Generac service rated Automatic Transfer Switch, item 37850. We offer item 54317, a 22kW Generator combo with a 200 amp transfer switch.

  6. The service in one of my buildings is set up as a 400 amp. I only need a 24KW propane generator to support the activities. Do I need to use a 400 amp automatic switch or can I use a 200 amp automatic switch.

    1. An automatic transfer switch should match or exceed the Amperage being provided by your utility company.

    1. This generator has been factory set to run on natural gas and will need to be converted by a certified technician in order to run on propane. It cannot be set up to automatically convert to a different fuel source in case of a fuel outage.

  10. Is there a maximum recommended operating temperature with the built-in cooling? Could it survive a week of operation (with maintenance checks every 24 hours) during days around 115°F?

    1. There is no minimum and maximum temperature rating for this generator. Routine maintenance checks are recommended if the generator is running for extended periods of time.
