  1. What are nuts and bolts made of? Hoping it's stainless.

    1. They don’t use stainless steel hardware because it would potentially create a galvanic corrosion problem.

      Coating with grease, Boeshield, Fluid Film, or similar products will help resist corrosion.

    3. The nuts and bolts on the Ultra-Tow Trailer Kit are #35 steel.

  2. Are the hub's sealed or do they have grease inserts?

    1. Mine came with completely assembled hubs that were pre-packed with grease but the hugs also have grease fittings

    2. The hubs are sealed. To maintain the bearings you would need to disassemble and repack the bearings with a good grade of wheel bearing grease. This should be done every 2000-3000 miles or once a year. It is recommended to take the trailer to a qualified trailer technician to have them repacked.

  3. What is the maximum width between the fenders? I want to carry a mover and want to be sure the cutting deck will fit.

    1. A bit over 60". However, you can easily get another 2 inches with fender mounting options.

    1. The trailer kit is pre drilled for easy assembly.

    2. Pre-drilled. Considering it is probably an import, the precision is excellent. You are talking a couple dozen bolts and nuts to install and I did not have to force a single one. Easy assembly, but you do need some METRIC wenches. (Or adjustable ones.)

    1. Manufacturers often list a 45 mph limit to protect against liability issues from improper assembly or overloading.

    1. Adding sides and a rear side mount gate can be done at the user's discretion. The trailer frame should not be modified or altered in any way or the warranty will become void.
