Hyskore AM/FM Radio Hearing Protector, Model# 30194
These don't seal off as good as the 3M ones and the radio is really touchy, but they are much cheaper. Depends on what you want, but you get what you pay for. Better than no protection and no music.

one speaker works 50% of time
Arrived broken. One speaker works about half of the time--that is 1 out of 2 times I attempted to use it.

Product works pretty well. More or less get what you pay for. Had to exchange the first one for a speaker not working. Exchange went great. Second is working well so far.

The product was about half the price of other products if you can find them! The only disapointment was that the MP3 input is not amplified. It does control volume but doesn't boost the volume so in real noisy situations (like zero turn mower) it still makes it hard to hear MP3 music. Radio volume is fine in that same situation.

Better than I expected
I use these while doing yard work with the lawnmower, trimmer and blower. What I was using before provided some ear protections but these are much better. They cover my entire ear and the reception is very good. FM reception has been a problem before but these are much better. They fit well. I may buy another pair to use when I'm working out in the fields on the tractor.

Decent performance but there are better options
Ordered this from Northern Tools mainly due to the price - about half the 3M Digital WorkTunes version, which I also have.
Noise Reduction is decent - not quite as good as the 3M version, but sure beats nothing at all.
MP3 playback is great - included cord provides all you need, and volume control lets you increase the sound using the headphone speakers.
AM/FM - not so great. Analog tuning made it difficult to tune the stations. Reception or tuning one was spotty - if I leaned over, the signal would fade.
These do include a belt clip, so you can hang them from your belt if you take them off while out in the field, which is nice - doubles as a hook in my garage, too.
Bottom line - if you really need radio, go with the 3M version, especially if you can catch them on sale (NT put them on the week after I ordered these - thanks, NT!). If you're hooking up your ipod or phone, these should do fine.
