Northern Industrial Welders 10-Ft. TIG Torch for Select Northern Industrial Welders - Fits Item# 25494 and 20307
Great portable tig torch ( st80i)
Not the best on the market overall but when it comes to portability you just can't beat it ( keep in mind I use with my st80i) inverter. Also great for a cheap tig setup for beginers

I bought this for my husband for Christmas. Has not used this one yet but has used others in the past. He bought the welder and did not buy the torch that goes with it.I am sure that he will love it. Pricing was great and so was the shipping.

Great Inexpensive TIG Welder for Mild / Stainless
I've used the TIG torch on both mild and stainless steel and it works fine with 100% argon shielding gas. Easy to set up, easy to use, great looking welds. Hint: Start with a lower current setting than you think you'll need. I welded 11 gauge mild steel - the chart on the MIG / Stick 200 recommends a current setting of 5 - 7 for stick welding but I got my best results at about 2.75. Also, the TIG torch uses considerably more gas than MIG welding, perhaps because you have to turn the gas on /off manually at the gun so it runs for a few seconds longer than the triggered gas of the MIG gun. If using both TIG & MIG, you might want to invest in a second regulator / gauge set so you don't have to swap them each time you swap processes. Also, the regulator / gauge set included with the MIG /Stick 200 is calibrated for an Argon / CO2 mix and not the 100% Argon you'll want to use for TIG. There is no regulator / gauge set included with the TIG torch. This TIG torch isn't suitable for welding aluminum because it uses DC current. You need AC current for aluminum TIG to keep contamination out of the weld puddle. And lastly, it is a scratch start TIG even though the manual (pg 5) clearly states that it is a "DC lift start". Not a big deal, but slightly more chance for tungsten inclusion at the beginning of the weld.

great starter tig
The tig was easy to setup on the ST80i. I used a piece of copper to start the arc and after about 4 welds it worked great, the only problem was me getting the torch hand to work with the wire hand but that comes with time and practice, very good torch for the price.

I bought this for my hybrid 200 welder. It's great for someone looking to start tig welding, like I am, because it fits on a welder that's not just a tig welder. I have one complaint about the product. It doesn't come with any settings for the heat so you have to guess at it. Other than that its a good product and does a good job.
