indoor rack
I use this item in my den. I stained some 2x4's to make it more appealing and placed it up against the wall It looks good and works well. My rack is 5' Lx 4' H. holds a good amount of wood for a week or so of burning. Thinking of buying another one for the back deck, To bring the wood closer to the house.

Not Very Strong
The brackets are not very strong and cannot hold a 90 degree angle.

wood rack bracket
The overall system was nice and easy to assemble, with multiple styles. I had to put an extra 21/2" screw into each upward 2x4 into the base 2x4 because it was flexing. Which seemed to make the unit stronger.

Good simple idea that works. This allows you to custom build a log rack any size you want. When we finished, we had efficiently used space on our porch for the rack. No more trudging through the snow for wood.

Better off..
..using some betteer brackets that have some support in the middle. By the time you load this design it will sag pretty far.
I ended up disassembling it and redoing.

Blitz Firewood Rack Bracket Kit, Model# 90142
Pro's:
Quick and easy to assemble, just add 2x4's of desired length. Holds just as much wood as you can imagine and its up off the ground/floor. Using inside for nice store of 2-3 weeks worth of wood.
Con's
2x4's are placed flat so they sag in the middle when loaded. If it was designed for installing on side this would not be and issue. I solved by placing appropriate size piece underneath. Side bars are able to move side to side. am going to install short 2x4 on top edge to eliminate movement.
Overall Satisfied, purchased 2 and will probably order 2 more. Would recommend ! Spike

Not very sturdy.
The design lays the bottom 2x4s flat so they are not supported in the middle and will bow when filled with wood. I shoved a 2x4 scrap under it in the middle for support. I have seen another brand that sets the board on edge on the ground so it is supported and won't bow.
