STF-18VT Vibratory Deburring and Finishing Tumbler
Works very well for most of our brackets (aluminum, steel and stainless). We couldn't find a vibratory polisher from anyone else for close to this price (everyone else was much more). Even some used machines at auction that were this size cost more. This is our first machine of this type. It saves a lot of time and improves the finish quality of many of the saw cut, water jet cut and other cut parts we make or get from suppliers.
We found it easier to get the required media from another company that was able to provide more technical support on the media types and usage (and could tell us a specific ship date on the media). We bought a fairly general media type/shape. Later on we will probably buy other types of media for the machine that are more product material and size specific.
Cleaning off the residue from the process does take a little longer than expected (I didn't account for that), especially if the parts are going to get coated afterwards (powder coated or some other coating process).
For most items our cycle times are 30 to 45 minutes.
Now that we have had the unit for a little while (just a couple of weeks), we realize it probably would have been better to get the larger machine even though it was roughly double the cost. This would have allowed us to put larger parts (brackets etc) and larger batches of parts in the machine.
We originally located the machine in the main shop area but the noise was a distraction to some of the employees so we moved the machine to another location. The machine is not especially noisy but it is not something you want to have to stand next to for 30 minutes either.
We haven't had the machine long enough to comment on the durability but so far we are very happy with the purchase.

Shop Tuff Vibratory Tumbler
I recently purchased the Vibratory Tumbler for our fabrication and machine shop. This was the only company I could find an affordable but dependable tumbler without spending several thousand dollars.
Product is well made and serves a great purpose for our application. Deburrs our metal parts and leaves a nice finish.

Nice Tumbler for a Good Price
In looking for a tumbler, I found either very cheap or very expensive. This one has the room and seems to be built to give good service for a long time.

Good tumbler for small metal parts
Bought this for tumbling small parts for my small welding shop. Works great for small loads which I do. Can add little bit of rust inhibitors, then can drain water or inhibitor easliy. I run about 30 mins small jobs and works great.
