iZip Electro Drive Bicycle Conversion Kit, Model# I-ZIP-KIT1
I have two of these units and had very good luck with them. Mind you though, I used them some for something other than bicycle propulsion => Kiddy car propulsion! For this type of application they worked Great!!!

bulky and weak
I tried one of these kits. I found it bulky, weak and slow. I mounted it on a special carbon fiber recumbent bike I built. I found the performance to be seriously lacking, it added 70 pounds to the bike and definitely did not get me where I wanted to go. I finally got sick of the poor performance and threw the kit in the trash where it likely belonged. On top of that, I had to re-engineer the rear hub to fit a 20" tire which was not fun.

It's Just OK
I had a urrie Ezip Mountain Trailz that I purchased from NT. They tell you the weght capacity is 240 LB, which is true, but they don't mention the weight of the bike which with the battery is almost 70 LBS. I sold the Ezip today and installed the kit I purchased on a lighter weight Fuji bike I had. It still gets about the same mileage (maybe a little more) but the bike is much easier to get in and out of my apartment since it weighs about 25 LBS less
