Comfortable chair and easy to build
I bought 4 of these chairs after my old adirondacks finally fell apart. Easy to put together. I suggest you stain and finish them BEFORE assembly, as I learned the hard way with the first one. It's hard to get the stain into the cracks after they've been assembled. Made of a nice furniture grade wood. Very minimal sanding needed. I ended up staining mine in gunstock and using a spray sealer. That was over a year ago and they still look great.

Cedar Adirondack Chair
The chair looks great & is very comfortable. It was simple to put together. It looks as good as many I have seen for three times the price. I would highly recommend these chairs

Adirondack Chair
I found this Adirondack chair perfect for my needs because it was easy to assemble, lightweight and had a flat back so I could paint on it. I am an artist who was looking for a chair that I could stain as an art project. I have found flat back Adirondack chairs only at Northern Tool. The price was great for the quality. I was looking for cedar and something that I could put together and take apart to ship easily. This chair is comfortable also. See my picture of the chair I created from staining a lake scene on it.

Good Chair
This is an excellent chair for the money. It is not a thick wood Adirondack from the north, but I really appreciate the value. I have a lot of space to fill and the chair is fairly sturdy. It is easy to screw together. I plan to get more of these, as well as the high adirondack.

Good for the price
The first thing you notice is how light it is. This is an inexpensive, lightweight chair. It's also small but not overly so. You won't be able to curl up in it. I found that model# KMGY1101 is more comfortable as the back is at a better angle. It's not poorly made but don't expect much beyond the basics; all holes line up (except two on the support bar), all hardware was there and the instructions were both easy to understand and simple. It comes semi-assembled — the back and the seat sections are pre-assembled. I finished mine with a clear preservative that brought out the wood detail. Overall, it's probably worth what I paid for it but I'd make my own next time.

Good Entry Level Chair
I was looking for an Adirondack chair but was not looking to spend $200-$300. I found this one and was skeptical because of the price. I ordered it anyway and have been pleasantly surprised. Very easy to assemble and looks quite nice. Not sure it would hold up to the rigors of multiple seasons outdoors, nor the weight of really big folks....but perfect for a starter chair or a decoration.

Excellent Buy
We built a fire pit in the backyard and want something better than the deck chairs for seating. These chairs are perfect. Not only are they easy to assemble they are easy to seal with polyurethane. One was missing parts. Customer service could not have been nicer or more helpful. They sent another chair post haste and prepaid UPS return for the one short of pieces. I will certainly order more after our friends find out about our fire pit.

Summer Chairs
I bought these after being frustrated with the quality of plastic Adirondak chairs and the high cost of decent wooden ones. The price looked good for something in the middle. The chairs went together very easily and quickly. I prefinished them in clear before assembly and used glue as well when finally putting them together. My wife loves them. Once assembled they are at least as good as anything we have seen for three times the price. I would have given five stars if I did not have to build them. Ha! A nice little project in any case. I will buy more once I see how long they might last.

Cedar Adirondack Chair
I bought two of these because the price was right and cedar is nice and light.
They went together easily; all pieces fit together nicely. I stained them and put them in place, and they look great and feel comfortable. The arm on one split after a while, but I glued it and clamped it and nothing untoward has happened since. Any minor issue owning to weathering is minor in light of the good price and decent quality.
