Titan Stud Puller Removing 2001 F250 Manifold.If anyone has tried to remove F250 manifold before then you can relate, your studs get rusted to the block. I got all but one, which it looked like it was welded on. I tried every thing to get it out. (Heat, Nut buster, another name stud remover,etc)I just about wore the stud down to nothing, I was afraid I was going to need to drill + tap.Saw the titan stud remove at NT. Got in a couple days went out and man that clamped right on to that stud,what was left of it, and it came write out.If you plan on doing your ford 250, get this tool before you get started you'll save your self a lot of aggravation. Stud removal The Titan Stud Puller is a hand held drill chuck with gripper teeth. You can clamp down hard on stud and the center line torque applied with wrench removes the stud easily. Your stud must be able to fit into the stud, the stud must stick out of its base far enough to be gripped by the tool, the tool will damage any threads it grips onto, and it should not be used to reinstall a stud. This was my last attempt before the cylinder head was removed from the engine. It worked so easily ( after pliers and other off center stud removers were tried) and it gave me such a time and money savings. It is now in my tool box ready to be used on my or other friends next 'stud' removal projects. October 8, 2012

Good tool This is a tool I will use over and over. I got it to pull some studs out where I had bust the head off.I would buy more. The Price was better than any other company in town. October 10, 2011

This Really Works I had a Harley Davidson Softail exhaust post/stud/bolt stuck in the rear cylinder. It was the bottom stud so it was a tight fit. I tried and tried to get the stupid thing out with pliers, vice grips, etc. Since the threads were stripped and this thing was rusted in place I thought for sure I was screwed and would have to start drilling, but I used a ton of PB Blaster, let it soak for a while, tapped it a few times with a hammer then hooked this stud puller up. My fear is that this thing would lose its grip but the grip actually got tighter as I turned the stud out, no way this thing would slip, it'd probably break the bolt before that happens. I am so thrilled to have that stud out after hours and hours of sweat, cursing and nightmares involving tearing my engine down to take to a machine shop. There are few things in this world where the value actually exceeds the price but this is one of them. June 8, 2011

Great for tight areas I have used this stud remover for getting frozen studs out of an aluminum Mercedes Benz head and this worked great. I have a different type of puller that wouldnt work at all due to the tight spots the studs are in. This one srewed right on a short stud and it backed it right out with no damage. I would recommend this to anyone that works on cars and has frequent broken exhaust studs. June 6, 2011
