Clauss Titanium-Bonded Kitchen Shears, Model# 13898
These Shears are great quality. Some of the best I have seen. I use them for everything from cutting broccoli to cutting open food packaging. I would buy these shears again.

These are fine for cutting things like herbs, even the meat of chicken or turkey. We feed our dogs a raw meat diet and these scissors failed when we used them to cut up whole chickens and turkey necks to feed our dogs. The handles aren't strong and broke in 2 pieces. It stayed together because of the plastic covering on them but the scissors were useless after that. Don't buy these if you have a heavy duty use. You're better off purchasing a professional pair of scissors that's made to cut through meat pieces that have softer bones in them.

I know they're kitchen scissors, but I use them as garden pruning and utility scissors in the workshop. They're tough and half the price of fiscars. I have a couple pair of fiskars, and these are just as nice. They come apart easily for cleaning and touching up the cutting edge. Easy to keep sharpened and working flawlessly. Cap/bottle opener is nice too. I recommend getting several pairs for all you're different work areas.
