A Truely Portable Winch,

"I made a setup that removes the top off my Jeep so I hook up the winch and the job is easy removing the 100lb top and storing it in the top of the garage stall. I lock in the lift, remove the winch and then mount it on the front of my 4'x8' trailer so I can pull things onto the tilt bed. Once that job is done I can put it on one of the hitches (front or back) of the Wrangler and pull myself out of those places where I just need a little help and don't need to lift the whole Jeep off the ground to get out. Also handy when I need to just move a fallen tree off the trail. This little winch Goes anywhere and Does anything! It's more than a tool it's a toy!"

"i have two of these and they do a pretty good job. i have them mounted on my ATVs. they have come in handy while trail riding. you never know when you might find a tree on your path that needs cleared or a rough spot in the trail that you need help conquering. all in all they have been a good addition to my ATVs and i am glad i purchased them."

"I use this winch to load and unload my Harley from the back of my pickup when the weather is not cooperating. It pulls the 900LB bike & me up the ramp with no trouble. The "power out" feature gives me a secure feeling when letting the bike down from the truck even if the truck and ramp is wet or slippery."

"I use this winch to pull heavy bikes onto lift table by myself. works fine for that.
I'm happy with the performance but remember it's a small winch. Free-wheel knob is hard to pull out sometimes. It depends on whether there's a slight pressure on it or not."

"I purchased this product to be used on a plow that I built for my Jeep. I used it all winter long with out any problems at all. I looked all over the city I live in and could not find any thing that was even the price of this unit or had the same pulling power. The only problem I have with the unit is the wiring that comes with it is not quick disconnect with the winch power wires or the controler that comes with it thats why 4 instead of 5 Stars."

"Bought this for a15 year old JD Gator to raise and lower the plow instead of the $900.00 JD actuator. So far it has worked great! Nothing fancy only needed it to lift the plow.
I was quite surprised with the operation of the winch."

"I use the Nortern Industrial Tool Electric Utility Winch 2000-lb Capacity, Model # 400195A to raise and lower my SnowSport HD Utility PLow on my 2003 Chevrolet Trailblazer. It does a awesome job and I would recomend this winch to anybody who has a limited amount of space and needs a real powerfull winch that is extremly reliable.
