Nice small roller
I needed a hand roller to do some small areas of my yard. This works great. I can drain it and hang it on the side of the shed when not in use. You can hook it to a mower if you want. Or pull/push it with the handle.

Performs as advertised. You obviously cannot drive fast with the roller; it was not designed to be a quick use product from my perspective. Could be wider (and heavier with more water capacity), but it performed well flattening out my mole tunnels.

Works Great for packing seed on Deer Food Plots
The Brinly-Hardy Poly Lawn Roller is great for use on remote deer food plots. When filled with approx. 33 gallons of water it packs the seed down to make a perfect seed bed. It only took about 10 minutes to assemble. I used the pin hitch option for attaching to my ATV. This roller has the easiest to follow instructions I have ever seen. All the parts are shrink wrapped onto one piece of cardboard and labeled to show exactly what they are and where they go for assembly. The only tools required are a med pair of channel lock pliers and a 1/2 in. & 3/4 in. wrench. It is approx. 24 in. wide which makes getting to even the most remote food plot a breeze when towed behind your ATV. A Great product for the price!

Product was easy to assemble. They made the water plug a little close to the frame but it doesn't touch. I haven't used the product yet. The drum is not perfectly round and rolls with a slight bump at on of the seams. Overall good product.

Easy to assemble. Flexible - can use with a lawn tractor or by hand. Has enough weight to smooth a rough lawn.

Great product and almost a perfect 5
This roller is a great value for the price. I am using it for a landscaping job where we are raising large bed areas about 10 to 12 inches and the soil needs to be compacted before the planting of bushes. The units goes together easy and the hardware pack is great. Instructions are easy also. My only complaint as others mentioned, the plug could be better designed. I suggest instead of what appears to fine threads; change to course threads. The threads should taper to keep water from leaking out and appear to. Can be hard to start and you do not want to cross thread. Also as mentioned, the plug will stick out and barely misses one of the handle bolts. I also suggest they include some type of plug wrench since it is large, even if the price is more. If you want to make it easy to store, use water and empty when finished. Sand can be a pain to get out. I rate it a 4.75; 5 if the plug was better.

Worked well for new sod! Pushed it manually and it worked as advertised. Also has attachment for tractor. Would recommend.

Made in America
For once, a product made in America. It is easy to use and does a good job for a roller. The only drawback is the plug used to fill the roller. It sticks out so much that it just barely misses the frame. But so far, no problem.

Very good best price
This roller is the best for the price. When using on dirt, it makes it easy to see high and low spots. Heavy enough to do a good job, but not too heavy for manual pushing, but turning can be tricky. The water plug can be an issue to get tight.
