"This hose reel cart is made well and strong. It should hold up to many years of use. It can get a bit heavy and difficult to handle if you actually put a couple of hundred feet of hose on it. Only problem so far was the o-rings inside the water inlet arrived damaged. Appears it may have been assembled and QC tested at the factory, but whoever did the assembly did a poor job and damaged an o-ring. Not sure how it passed QC because it sure leaked when I put it together. Northern gave me a credit on my account to purchase new o-rings which did the trick - no more leaking."
