"Bought this recon pole saw last Thursday, Opened box on Friday and was well pleased with saw. Packaged well with new bar and chain, could tell it had been started and very slightly used. After easy assembly, started and it runs perfect !! Used it most of Saturday morning and was amazed at how well it opereated and performed. This is a GREAT BUY !! I had priced the same saw at local big box store, saved one third the price, and after just a few moments of use, realized what a super deal from Northern Tool. I would recommend this saw to anyone, and certainly would recommend buying from Norhtern Tool. Fantastic Savings !!!"

"Instruction booket for assembly easy to follow. The saw preformed without flaw. Excellent buy for the money ! No signs based on condition that this wasn't a bland new pole saw. However it is reconditioned at the factory. I feel this product can handle most all residental needs and I would highly recommend this product to any home owner!!"

"I was first attracted by the competitive price but have changed my mind. I had trouble getting the motor started and keeping it runnng every time I used it and after one year of occasional use (6 times total 5 hours) I need to get a new coil because there is no spark."

"This chainsaw was not refurbished and does not perform like new as advertised.The coulper was bent and the rivet that holds it together was split apart and would not hold the chainsaw and the motor drive together. It will need a new coupler for safe operation and will end up costing more than a new saw.

Spend a few more bucks and buy a new one."

"The pole saw cuts well, but it became quite heavy when fully extended. Also, the chain has a tendency to slip. But for the price, it does the job of cutting small to medium size branches."
