"This versatile tool is excellent for small jobs, but is too cumbersome for regular use. I found it caused fatigue when used for more than a few minutes. The battery charge on my tool seems to be limited and requires frequent charging.
The best thing about this tool is that it could do everything; the problem is its weight and short battery life."

"I have used this drill for some time now. It it excellent for home remodeling and renovation needs. I was surprised to find that it can have too much power at times as I can snap the heads off of screws in masonry if not careful. Overall I would recommend this drill to anyone looking for a weekend workhorse."

"I use this drill for work installing alarm systems and since all the houses here are made from concrete I am always using the hammer drill for mounting components and through drilling walls for running wires. I love not having to deal with extension cords and this cordless hammer drill is much better than my Milwaukee 1/2 Magnum hammer drill. The keyless chuck is great and I never have problems with bits slipping. I was wary of this when we bought it but the more I use it the more impressed I am with it. I have extra batteries and would recommend them if you are drilling larger holes through exterior walls."

"I love DeWalt tools because they are durable, powerful and versatile enough to handle from the small to the big jobs. This compact drill packs a punch without the additional weight of the bigger drills. I love it because I can keep on going without worrying about my arm getting tired. I also love the fact that I can get it into those hard to reach spots that my other DeWalt won't fit into. You can't go wrong with this compact workhorse...it has never let me down and the batteries go a long, long ways. I've owned several cordless drills before but DeWalt beats them all, in my opinion. This is a must have for your cordless powertool collection. I highly recommend it!"
