DuraHook Pegboard Hook System
At first, I was confused by the reverse design of the screw vs hook, and upon reading other reviews by MSGG, and RRPC I confirmed they are spot on w/ regard to this design/manufacturing flaw.....
After 5K miles of over the road use in my race car hauler many of the screws have pulled out of the pegboard and dumped tools on the floor.
Something tells me it was designed properly, then manufactured improperly.........great idea but.....so as time permits, I am simply rebending the single hooks, or the double or more complex parts are being ground, and welded back in the screw down orinetation so that the hook carries the load, and the screw prevents bouncing out...those that I have reversed have continued to "soldier on" as the best hooks I've ever used, certainly for over the road.
Wish they came this way from the manufacturer. otherwise great idea, but I feel that as a customer you pay for the product, not the idea.

great idea but design flaw
the idea of a screw+a hook means it cannot accidentally wiggle out, which is a big plus when you remove hanging tools. But you will need to use them upside down: the hook part, which has all the strength, needs to be on the upper hole , and the screw, which is much weaker(only enters the 1/4 inch of pegboard), needs to go into bottom hole. Then, the force of the hanging item is carried by the Hook in the upper hole. Alas, designed backwards, so the screw is intended to enter the upper hole.
You can fix this by putting them in upside down, but that makes the u-shaped holders unusable, and the bent tip, at the end of the straight hooks, faces down, not up.
But the fact that they don't fall out in use, makes me still use them exclusively

Awesome Idea But got mixed up in the production
These are a Great idea I have a lot of pegboard but hate the normal clips that always fall out. These seemed to be the answer. They are not. I have searched high and low for reviews and commpents about these. I have found two things. Some people like myself Got hooks that had the hole for the screw on top and some had the screw hole on bottom. If the screw is on top the only thing holding the hook and whatever you hook onto the wall is that little screw . When it is on bottom It is held up and in place by the hook end that goes into the pegboard. Just be sure if you do use this to take a look at how your hooks are setup.

Good set
I wanted to be sure the hooks would fit the board so I went with the white polypropylene Duraboard, and this set, as well as the Duraboard mounting system. This makes for a very sturdy pegboard set, and it looks wonderful in the garage. They do not rattle around and fall off the board like others.

Awesome pegboard assortment
Awesome assortment of pegboard organizing hangers. There were plenty of clips, bins, hooks, and hanging brackets for just about everything in my shop. The largest of the spring clips kind of went unused because I didn't really have anything that fit them. Maybe a can of spray paint would clip in fine but who wants to hang paint on the pegboard. I would have gladly traded the big clips for more smaller ones or more straight hooks. Overall, it is well worth the money and a much better assortment for your money than both the local competing home improvement warehouses, one of which didn't have anything and the other had a cheap set for $10.
