"Very nice heavy duty unit. A friend could be helpfull when installing unit because of the weight. A little noisy because of the amount of air flow produced. No way to miss "this baby" when running. Oscillating feature is really nice. I mounted the braket to a 2"X6" piece of wood and then mounted the 2"X6" horizontaly between the 2X4" on my garage wall."

"Great fan, heavy built, metal blades, moves alot of air. We mounted it 6' high in the left rear corner in a 16' wide by 24' deep garage blowing toward the roll up door and it moves air any where we need."

"We bought the fan for a 16x18 potting room, which is attached to the garage. We mounted it to a poured concrete wall with Tapcon screws. Assembly and installation were easy and the cord was long enough to reach a nearby outlet.

The fan is a little noisy for the confined space, but not unbearable. It definitely moves a lot of air and the oscillation is a perfect speed. Overall, we’re very pleased.

We’re looking at one (or two) for the dock."

One big fan,

"I purchased this fan for my home fitness room to keep my wife and myself cool as we exercised. It was overkill for this application. This is an awesome air mover, perfect for a garage or outdoor porch. It make a lot of noise which is really the only drawback. The oscillation is not adjustable nor can it be turned off, so if this is necessary for your application choose a different fan. If you want a fan that moves tons of air and noise is not an issue, you have found your fan."

No, this fan does not have a waterproof housing, you will want to mount it indoors away from the elements.

Yes, there's a rotating drive sticking out the bottom, it appears to be a horizontal line just below the motor housing in the side view product pics, you remove the bolt from the eccentric location and reinstall the linkage in the center of the spinning drive. A couple minutes with a wrench and its done.
