"For most post applications this bit will dig an adaquate hole with clearance. When combined with the Powerhead #43 makes hole digging even in hard earth with small to medium rocks a breeze. I especially like the replacable cutting edge though have not yet noted any wear."

"I purchased this 6inch auger bit to punch out holes for my farm fence post. The bit works extremely well. I experienced a lot of rock during my process and this auger bit punched through with little effort. Seems to be of top quality and vary durable. There are no chips or damage to the blade after multiple uses."

"i have 3 Ardisam earth augers . i have the 6",8"and 10" augers. they are the best made. the design is excellent. also they have a safety feature that others dont have which is the shock absorbing spring. the shock absorber keeps operator from being injured in case of hang up. i highly recommend the ardisam augers"
