"Load Handler Cargo Unloader works like a charm. Simple to use, 1. place mat in truck bed, 2. attach the roller to your tailgate, 3. have the truck filled with the material and crank away. The material is brought to the rear of the truck and you can either dump directly on the ground or unload smaller amounts exactly where yu need it. This item was recommended by a friend and I would recommend this product to anyone."

"I have not used the load handler yet. I am simply providing feedback on the installation instructions and parts. The Installation Instructions booklet I received with the unit had the following page numbers, in this order (1, 2, 11, 12, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 1, 2, 11, 12). The small screws and nuts provided for the nylon (?) shaft collars lacked washers. As a result, the screw heads started countersinking into the shaft collar when I tightened them. I added small washers to correct this problem. The instructions don't say this, but I suggest putting the tailgate holddown strap (to the bumper) on the driver's side."

"I bought one for my company to unload gravel on three miles of trail. It is so simple to use, and saves a lot of back aches. I bought two more, my employees are very happy. They are easy to assemble and and can be used on every thing from pickups to PUV's. We use the Kawasaki 3010 Mules, and works extremely well. Definatly a 5 star product."

"I purchased this product several years ago and am very satisfied with it. It has performed exceptionally well unloading everything from gravel to touch up the driveway to loads of lumber for building a deck on the back of the house. I have been asked by complete strangers who have seen it mounted on my pickup if it really works and I can honestly say that yes it does work as advertised and more. The amount of effort required to operate the unloader with a 2500 # load of lumber ( in assorted sizes ) on it is so small that my wife has no trouble unloading it. My wife also was able to unload relatively exact amounts of gravel in different places on our driveway without any problem, thus saving not only our backs, but also a large amount of time. We have used it for not only the building supplies and gravel but also for gardening and yard work ( spreading top soil, fertilizer, cleaning up grass cuttings and yard debris ) firewood, and large heavy loads that you want to carry with the weight centered and then move to the tailgate for unloading. Since the tailgate is extended for unloading it is also excellent for unloading things on to a higher level such as a porch. The unit I purchased (at least 5 years ago) has out lasted one pickup truck and is now on a second truck and the only reason that I may replace it is that my current pickup is larger than my last truck and I know that I am overloading it using it on the larger truck.
I cannot say enough about how well the unloader worked and would give any one who is thinking about getting one my complete assurance that it has and is still working well for me and will work as advertised."

"I did have to modify the belt for my Ford step-side Ranger but it was easy enough to do and when I brought home a load of fill dirt I was able to unload the truck in less than a minute. Also great for taking grass and branches to the dump. Would recomend this device to anybody that even does a little bit of hauling."

"I'm an old buzzard who uses the Load Handler extensively for hauling topsoil, firewood, manure, and about anything else that will fit in my Ranger. This product is no gimmick--it really does the job, and the price is right for sure.
To make matters even better, the manufacturer gives fantastic customer service if you break a part, need guidance, etc. When you call, you talk directly with a knowledgeable decision-maker who will solve your problem on the spot.

"The Load Handler is one of several tools that I refer to as my great equalizers. They allow me, a middle-aged woman and professional gardener, to do the work of a young man without breaking a sweat! Great for hauling and spreading compost, unloading yard waste, mulch, or about 1/2 cu yard of rock. The Load Handler could handle more rock I'm sure...but that's about how much I can crank without straining. Ditto what another reviewer mentioned...the load has to be centered and not too much over the wheel wells. With really full loads, I just hand shovel a little off the sides until it unloads easily."

"This is my second load handler. 1st one lasted 6 years of hard use. Unloaded many loads of fire wood, sand, stone, and leaves from around the yard. I do not know what i would do with out it."
