Special Unloading Requirements When Shipping Via Truck Freight or Common Carrier:

This item is shipped via "truck freight" (common carrier or flat-bed, not UPS). The truck must be able to access the place of delivery.

Truck freight companies do NOT require their drivers to unload shipments. An additional "Lift Gate" fee will apply if the driver unloads the merchandise. Lift gate service simply means that the freight is lowered to the ground. It is the customer's responsibility to move the product after it has been lowered to the ground.

The shipping carrier will call and schedule delivery, at which time, you may request a "Lift Gate" (provided the weight and dimensions of the product fits the criteria for lift gate service) and arrange payment with the carrier for that service.

Please inspect all packages upon delivery. Any damages or shortages MUST be noted on the bill of lading at the time of delivery. Notify the carrier and Northern Tool immediately and we will assist you as fully as we can. Please retain a signed copy of the bill of lading for your records.

"While building our new home, we needed storage space. I bought this garage 4 years ago. My wife used it for her car the first winter, now it stores lawn mowers, bicycles, 4-wheelers and various other items. It held up well to northern winters and we like it so well we have purchased another to hold a new four wheel vehicle. The size is good and it stays very dry inside. Good value for the price."

"I purchased and assembled the ShelterLogic 24x26x12 garage and was so impressed with the quality I them purchased this smaller one.
MUCH easier to assemble than the HUGE 2 car unit.
I put it together by my self without any help and did it in three days.
The quality and engineering in this unit is superb and all the pieces fit together perfectly.
I really like the zipper opening and they even supplied a holder for bungee cords to be able to hold the door open.
I would reccommend ShelterLogic products to anyone."

"I purchased this canopy to replace a cheap one I prevously purchased from NTE. I had it shipped to the store and was surprised how fast it made it there. I have not had a chance to put it up yet since it is winter here but I did make sure all the parts were there. After looking at the material I can already tell it is going to last me longer than the last one I purchased."

"i baught this shelter to work on a project over the winter. I have had 30-50mph wind gust's, snow, ice and rain and its holding up great.

you must set this up on somewhat level ground and stak down all the 8 main legs if you want this to stay put. I used the 4 surplied ancors on the out side corners and baught 4 big tent stakes from an outdoor store for the remaining legs.

also make sure your nuts and bolts are tight and the tarp is pulled tight and you shoulden't have any issues

directions were so so but not that difficult, wife and i put this up in two hours in the dark with head lamps :)"

"Must say that these are the worst directions I have ever seen.....got through it with lots of help but there are faster ways to put this together than the current instructions......did like the part numbering scheme....that works well.....canopy seems very thin...we'll see....didn't blow away in the first wind, but remains to be seen if it can really handle the snow....."

Looks nice but poor quality,

"This product looks nice when you first get it up, but it doesn't take long, or much wind, to tear the grommets out of the end pieces. I have had this up for just a little over a year (yes, just long enough to get past the one-year warranty) , and the ends are already shot. The area it's erected is sheltered by trees, and gets just mild wind most of the time. I contacted shelter logic, but they will only sell an entire cover kit (main canopy and ends) for close to $200.00, close to the cost of a whole new shelter. The quality of the frame is pretty good, but the covering material is very thin and cheap. Customer satisfaction and quality control at shelter logic will not return calls, so don't try leaving messages as I did.
Overall, a poor investment. I would suggest getting one of the metal-covered shelters for only a little more money. I'm going to try to get a local upholstery/boat cover shop to stitch me new ends out of a heavier material, but I don't yet know the cost of that."

"This product so far has done as it says only problem I had was with the Directions they are not very clear. Thank God the next door neighbor's son came over he understood the pictures better than me. Shipping was very fast better than I excpected was early and thats always a good deal in my book. So if you can understand the pictures you will be ok."
