Mounts from the inside of the wall, avoiding the time and expense of dismantling and replacing siding. Totally enclosed 120V direct drive motor has 3 speeds and is permanently lubricated. U.S.A.

"Easy to install and it keeps my attic cooler which in turn keeps the interior of my home cooler. My air conditioner does not have to run as much as before the TPI was installed.Northern Tool had the best price on the shutter exhaust fan and their service is the Best!"

"I installed the TPI Shutter Exhaust Fan in a shop 12 months ago, that has 10,000 cu ft area. Works well in removing welding and other unwanted fumes. Shutters work fine If installed level and square. Helps to open window to create air movement. Easy to install in wall with some carpentry ability. Great product."

"The fan clears the air in my basement, so in that regard it works. My issues are #1 the speed switch was bad right out of the box, so it was removed. #2 the manual/instructions are not very helpful. #3 the shutter while it works well, has enough play in it to catch open most of the time. #4 the fan has some sort of auto shutdown, it will run for approx 5 min then shut itself off and will startup again after a while. This in effect takes the unit out of my control and renders it half as useful as it would have otherwise been, this situation should have be stated in this products description."
