Snowblower Cab,
March 7, 2007
"Why wouldn't anyone use this product? After years of getting soaked and frozen, not to mention blinded, I decided to purchase the cab cover. Yes, it was simple to install, and easy to "customize" for my machine( I have fuzzy dice inside mine). It would be safe to say that it would be hard to find a blower it wouldn't fit.
My first use of it was in an "everything" storm, and I mean everything. Here in New England, we have at least 100 words to describe snow, and this storm earned every one. Only Eskimos have more words for snow, and not by much. I have a big machine, a top of the line Ariens, other wise known as a John Deere. This machine does not care about the operator, it plows through anything, often killing the driver with hurling snow and ice. It was wet, it was powder, it was slush, it was ice... it was cold, but not for me! I was actually warm enough under that cab to open my coat, I even had to turn off the heated handles. And I stayed wonderfully dry. As for vision, many pedestrians and small animals are alive today because of the clear panaramic view afforded at all times. To purchase a snow blower without a snow cab would be ridiculous and this particular one is well worth the money, and not expensive at all. I love it!"

"It was great to work in N.H. in the snow without getting soaked. It even let me remove my gloves once in a while.Just by bracking the wind allowed me to work longer and get the job done."

"I recieved the snow cab a day after it had snowed but I was still was able to test it in the driveway. When it arrived I put it together in the house first to check that all the parts were there and to see the quality and how to put it together. It took me about 20 minutes to put it together and another 20 minutes to install it on my snow blower. I found it to be a little to high (80 inches after installed) and I'm 5' 9" so I was able to cut the frame down 5 inches without any problems. The only other thing that could be improved is that I would have liked the sides to extend to the rear a little more, to give me more cover on the sides, but the main thing is it keeps the snow out of my face, no more googles. There's a storm coming later this week and I am looking forward to using my blower with the cab."

Sure Beats The Alternative,

"I purchased the snowblower cab with some trepidation since considering the reasonable price I wasn't sure how easy it would be to install and how well it would work. Fortunately there were no problems in either area. Installation went smoothly and it was a real pleasure to use since the alternative was to continue being coated like a snowman when I used my snowblower. The price is fair and delivery was quick. I would recommend this to anyone who desires protection from the elements when using their snowblower."
