"I bought this post ponder for driving steel fence posts in the garden to keep out rabbits etc.; found that it drove the posts with 3-5 impacts even in our rocky soil. I then tried it to drive these same fence posts to support tomato cages and tied up the vines as they grow (works good using the fence wire tabs / holes that are on the green metal posts).

Throw out old wooden steaks; this is the way to go for 2â€? fence posts or to support heavy plants.

I also bought the post puller to relocate the fence posts in the yard that had been there for years so it should work great in the garden to lift the posts during fall clean up time."

"This post pounder is well constructed and heavy duty. Its diameter makes it especially easy to use for driving smaller width poles like the ground rods that I used it for. Definitely a quality product."
