Watersource Stainless Steel Well Point - For 2in. Pipe, Model# WPF3680
Worked Great For Us
Our 40-year old 1.25" well point went dry last summer, and we figured a 2" well point driven just a few feet deeper in the same area would fix our issue. Sure enough, it worked great and our pump can draw water again!
Our ground here is mostly sand for 8 feet, then wet clay down to the bedrock at around 50 feet or so. We were able to drive the point down to about 40 feet without any problems. It was a lot of work, but using proper well-driving techniques and a real pipe driver (not a sledge) prevented any failures of the drive point. We weren't even using real drive couplers and caps, just generic 2" pipe couplers and caps from any hardware store, making sure to re-tighten everything every few feet.
This product worked flawlessly for us, your mileage may vary.

needs better quality control
having driven my point only 10 feet into sand the unit cracked at the bott m of the threaded section,on close inspection the steel pipe wall was very thin and cuting the thread had allmost cut through the wall of the pipe..the shop in orlando proved usless and i could not get a replacement part any time quick.
i had a customer waiting so i got round the problem by welding the coupler to the top of the well point and had no further problems.
this has been the only product from u i have eaver had problems with both in the u.s.a. and the u.k.

for soft ground
this is not for hard ground, in trying to drive some 20 feet, I never got below the surface when the drive cap cracked and the neck bent. When we pulled the drive point out we found that the point had cracked off the head. use in soft ground only
