"These forks were invaluable when moving from one farm to another.
They fitted very well to my John Deere 1050 and carried a variety of materials on skids from granite blocks to livestock water containers.
The construction is extremely rugged and attaching and removal from my tractor bucket was fast and easy.
With fork extensions and the two by four uprights inserted we were able to move small sheds in one peice.
I would recommend this product as a necessary tool for small farmers and construction companies."

"I purchased the forks to for general use around my home and business. I find the product very easy to use just slip it on the bucket and clamp it down. Very straight forward. They have worked very well for moving pallets and other material around.. I don't like the fact that the bucket where these are attached hides my ability to see exactly where the forks are which could lead to me possibly damaging product. (This is not a fault of the product).. I would recommend these to anyone that has a tractor that needs to move product around. Very useful. Great purchase"

"This product is very easy to use and set up, and it is very durable. It does everything i need it to do. Great for jobs around the farm and hauling tree trunks. Perfect tool for the lay person. The only draw back is finding a place to store them while not using them."

What a GREAT Tractor Accessory!!,

"Earlier this year we purchased the forks (in Kubota orange) for our medium-duty farm tractor, and they have proved to be one of the most useful accessories used on our property. Easy to handle and attach to the bucket, they're great for moving pallets of material, timber, etc.. They are well constructed and easy to attach and remove. Thanks to Paynes for creating such a fine product, and thanks to Northern Tool for offering them to their customers at such a great value. I highly recommend this product."

"I purchased these medium duty forks for a special purpose and have found them to be great for many projects. At the medium duty level they are strong enough for a medium size tractor and light enough to attach by yourself. I would highly recommend buying the cross support. Very easy to install and it makes the whole system safer. In my case Northern Tool included the cross bar in the deal. One word of caution when you have a load on and have it high, the bucket on most tractors will block your view."

"I have used these much more than I thought I would. They enable me to do things by my self that I previously would have to have a helper to accomplish. They are well built and attach quickly and easily to my tractor bucket. They work great for loading brush, prunings etc. into my dump trailer as well as lifting and moving a variety of items."

Details:

- what are the lengths of the forks - the portion under the bucket and the usable fork length
- in one of the pictures a gentleman is loading tree branches on to the forks. There appears to be a support connecting the forks which has additional pieces that form jaws around the load. Is this included with the forks or is it an additional cost accessory?

THe forks are about 4 ft long usable length and extend under the bucket about 13 inches.. THe forks that I purchased has a stabilizer bar between them but that is it. There is not any kind of jaw on these. I think the ones that you are referencing are the brush forks. Great product

Be advised, the Paynes medium-duty forks are recommended to be used on a 30-50 horse power tractor.

1. The overall length of the forks including the mounting hardware is 60 inches. The usable fork length is 38 inches, not to include the yellow tip because they taper down slightly.
