Paynes Forks Hitch Receiver Clamp with Lift Ring
Easy to attach....Easy to use,

"I've been really impressed with this unit. It is solidly built and operates exactly as advertised. I use it for moving/spotting trailers including my 10,000 lb cap dump trailer as well as for lifting and carrying. It really creates a sense of security and safety to be able to do these tasks "out front" where visibility is so much better. I also made a 2" X 2" X 4ft extension bar attachment to which I welded a grab hook and a lifting ring making a light duty crane. It works great and provides even more usefulness to the receiver clamp.
It's true that the attachment wants to move slightly out of the perpendicular but I haven't found this to be a problem. It never seems to move for me while it is under load. It is however, somewhat difficult to install the device fully against the cutting edge of the bucket without it wanting to rotate slightly as I tighten the clamp. A swivel foot on the clamp bolt would help greatly in this regard. I also
feel that a round bar instead of square would have made a friendlier lift ring. I'm not fond of attaching my round clevis devices across those square edges."

A LITTLE WEAK,

"IT IS NOT QUITE AS STRONG AS I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE. THE SQUARE TUBING THE HITCH AND RING ARE ATTACHED TOO WILL FLEX AND BEND. IT ALSO IS NOT TO STABLE WHEN ATTACHED TO THE FRONT BUCKET. IT WILL SLIDE FROM SIDE TO SIDE WHEN MAKING TURNS. NOT MADE FOR HEAVY DUTY USE. MAY NOT BE ABLE TO USE TO MOVE LOADED TRAILERS."

"I have a 5 acre place in the country with horse arena, stables and barn. I have a smaller tractor and use the Paynes hitch receiver to move and park a horse trailer and dump trailer. I am able to tuck away the trailers better with the tractor. More importantly is how easy it is to locate the hitch under the trailer receiver, lift the bucket so as to lift the front of the trailer, and move it. So much easier than hooking up a truck just to relocate the trailer.
I got the receiver with the lift ring specifically for lifting the septic tank cap with the use of a chain but will also pull drain grates, posts and unwanted plants out of the ground.
Very handy to have and worth the money."

"I have put this into use since the first day I received it. The only downside is that it does not always stay perpendicular to the bucket. It is easy to install."

"Wow. fastens in seconds without any tools. Any receiver attachment will slide in & lock. I use it to park vehicles and equiptment off the front bucket of my Deere 2240. Tight spots...no problem. I have also used it with a 5' piece of square tubing and have pulled my boat engine, lumber rack off the pickup, etc. Money well spent!"
