"got it on a friday noon. with help hung it that eve. easy to do. saturday morning adapted existing gas line and vent pipe and ran thermostat wiring and power supply. started up instantly and performs flawlessy. very quiet and quick warm up. in kansas the highs have been 30 and it will maintain my 700 sf garage at 60 easy. cycles on and off as needed. i have open cieling and sheeted walls"

"This heater was very easy to hook up the instruction were easy to read and anyone with any mechincal abilty will find it a snap. The only thing I could advice is buy a 1/2" x 6" gas pipe niple to hook up to the value inside the box and from there the flex gas line kit work great. I would recomond using some rubber washer to mount to the brackets. You can make them or buy them at Fastenal they help if you you have it supend down from the ceiling. I have a 34' x 34' shop it keeps it at 70deg no problem even if I open a door it only take minutes to heat up to 70 again."

"for the money it is the best unit i have purchased . I liked the easy install. I was not happy that i had some start up concers that i had to address with the manfacturer, however customer service was more than helpful & i was up & running in a day .I have since purchased a second one which i have also installed in my shop.I think it is a good product"

"I bought one of these a year ago for a new shop that was just built, it's 24 x 36 and 2 floors. This heats up the shop from 50 (my night setting) to 65 in less than 10 minutes. The only down side is I got the recommended thermostat and wasn't satisfied with the functionality, so I got a programmable one from one of the big box stores and it works great. This really has nothing to do with the heater as it's a separate purchase, just wanted to pass this along."

"This heater is wonderful. I did the installation myself and it was very easy. They do recomend that you hire a professional to do the install. I followed the instructions, hooked it up and turned it on. I had heat right away. In fact it may even be to much heat. I have a 20' x 30' insulated garage and this unit only runs for few minutes and shuts off. I set the temperature for 65* F with an average outside temp in the 20's and in ten minutes it is very comfy. I was very suprised as to how quiet the unit is as well. The adjustable fins on the front allow you direct air from blowing directly on you which is a nice feature."

"Unit arrived well packaged and seccure. Installation was a breeze, the heater takes up a minimal amount of space at the ceiling. It easily heats my 30' x 40' shop even without insulation. The fan is quieter than I expected as well. Horizontal venting makes for a clean look when finished. I am very pleased and toasty with my purchase. Makes using the shop so much more pleasant."

"I installed the 75,000btu unit in my 5 car garage with a programmable thermostat. It has worked flawlessly right out of the box over the past month. It maintains the garage at 60 degrees to keep my collector cars reasonably warm and dry. When I am ready to work in the garage, I turn the thermost to 70 degrees and it reaches temperature in less than 5 minutes. The only problem I had was shipping damage to two outer sheetmetal panels, for which Mr. Heater shipped me replacement panels immediately....no hastle!! I highly recommend this product for it's peformance, quality and staff support! You have not lived until you install this unit in your toy room!!!"
