A/C power adaptor This product should be purchased if you want the heat dispersed more evenly. Of course you will need to be close to an outlet. The cord is about 5 ft. long. I wish it were about two feet longer. August 13, 2012

Battery Saver This power adapter allows the use of the fan to force heat from the heater without using the on board batteries. When you're in the house, cabin , or wherever you have access to 110v power, save the batteries! Save the on board power for the duck blind, ice house, or deer stand where you can really use it. This adapter is well worth the price in convienence and money you'll save on the batteries. Git cha one!! May 14, 2012

Money Saver The adapter works great, it keeps the fan on my Big Buddy running without the expense of batteries. The majority of time I use the heater in my garage, so there is no issue with being able to plug it in. Keeping the heat moving a bit really helps my work area to stay more comfortable on those cold nights. Plus, by not having to buy batteries I should have this paid for in a matter of weeks !!! A Must Have Just received this adapter and plugged it in to my Big Buddy. WOW! The fan blows way stronger than when I put brand new batteries in it. I have a 22 X 23 attached garage with insulated walls but not ceiling. Just to give you an idea, my ceiling is 12 feet high and the garage door is a 16 X 8 foot insulated Clopay. It is able to move enough air to take the temp from 30 to 50 in about 3 hours on high when the outside temp is 15 degrees with weak batteries. The stronger fan should be able to heat this space way faster. This item was in back order status when I ordered it. The batteries lasted about 12 hours and were very weak when I took them out. They would be good for portable use, but in a setting with AC available, this is a way more cost effective and efficient option. I live in PA and the order was placed 12/13 and it was delivered 12/22. Don’t let the back order status keep you from buying this. The money you will save by not having to buy batteries every 12 hours of use will pay for itself after the first 36 hours of use. December 22, 2010

GREAT ITEM No more batteries, no more slow fan speed, just plug in and GO. I found the adapter warm if you leave it plugged in the the receptable when not in use. Other than that this item is GREAT !!!! November 16, 2010

Electrical converter for fan for the Big Buddy I love the Big Buddy Heater and so bought the electrical coverter to run the built in fan in the Big Buddy. I hardly use it but when I do it works fine, just heats so well without the fan I hardly seem to want to use a fan on the Big Buddy. March 16, 2009
