King Kutter TG-48 Tiller - Indestructible
I have been using my new King Kutter TG-48 tiller for a few months tilling some recently cleared land. The tiller has 'found' stumps, roots, logs, rocks, wire fencing, all sorts of things. This thing is indestructible. At first I was worried when it would hook onto a buried stump or kick out football sized rocks; no more. It'll buck like a bronco and keep going or it will jamb and the slip clutch will engage (just like it is supposed to). It's never damaged; I've never even bent tine yet. This is the best tractor attachment I own.

Power
I have a small 23hp diesel tractor. This is rated for tractors with 20 to 30hp. I thought that mine might be alittle under powered. Well its not. I also thought that this tiller is rated to run at 540rpm no more, that it would not have the power to till well. Well it does. With my small tractor and the low rpm rating, this tiller flat gets after it. Granted that the pasture area where the horses are is hard packed, but it had a good rain serval days before. So far, it seems great.

Great
Wow - Exceeded my expectations. Tilled an acre in under 20 minutes with a single pass that looked like I spent the whole day tilling. Was rugged enough to dig up rocks without bending the tines. Highly recommended. I purchased this one in place of the larger model since a reveiw on the larger tiller said it was a power hog and needed at least 30 hp and I was nervous with my 27 hp Kubota. This manual indicated 25 hp max on this one so I may have been slightly overpowered but it tilled with ease. Actually lookiing forward to tilling the next 2 acreas of my horse pasture. Came with oil but no grease in fittings.- so check first.

Excellent product, excellent value
This tiller does a super job, coupled to my Kubota BX2230. The offset design eliminates tire tracks, and the soil after a slow pass looks like a thick carpet. I just wish I'd purchased the darn thing sooner! The PTO shaft was much too long for my compact tractor, and had to be cut, but with caution, that's not a big problem. Fill the gear cases with oil, and start churning the soil.

A Real Workhorse Tiller
This is a workhorse of a tiller. The gear drive combined with the slip clutch on the PTO shaft make this tiller unbreakable. It's heavy frame and storng tines mean no additional weights are required to have it break through the hard clay soil in my area. I use it with my Nortrac 204C tractor and it's a great combination.
