Solidly build engine stand
Definitley a solidly built and strong engine stand. If you do any head and valve work, this is a must. Once bolted on, you have 360 degrees of rotational freedom. Stand doesn't feel "top heavy" at all, like some of the cheaper stands. Casters roll smooth. The only reason I gave it 4/5 was that it took a while to assemble. Some of the wheel positions are a pain to get the bolts into to lock them down. Once assembled, performs admirably.

Nicely built stand
Stand is well built and works wells. Will definatley hold as much as advertised. Head also works very nicely.

Good product
this engine stand is great, delivery was fast, setup was easy. Nice sturdy construction, very heavy witch is good makes me feel it can handle its advertised 1500lb capacity. Most engine stands i have used don't feel good like this one :-)

solid product for basic/intermediate mechanic
the stand doesn't ship with bolts for block attachment because there are a lot of engines out there, and you can go to a local hardware store to buy what you need... since every block is different, it's kind of hard to pack along a one-size-fits-all bolt kit. get over the bolt thing.
the four mounting arms on the stand's head may not line up with your block's possible mounting points, but three arms support things just fine. anyone working on a Jeep 4.0L I6 will understand what i mean.
this is a consumer-oriented stand; if you're running a shop, it probably won't stand up to whatever bashing about a pro-mechanic could come up with, and there are always more industrial options out there
this stand does everything a hobbyist or mechanic who works out of a personal garage would need a stand to do.

Great stand decent price
This has been a great stand. It can handle the wieght of
a 350 chevy with ease and still rotate without trying to muscle it up and down. Im going to try it with a 454 next and I think it will still be easy to operate. The only thing I didnt get with it was one of the plastic end caps that goes into the leg openings. Still a great product.

Good Engine Stand
I bought this stand based on a friends recommendation and was well pleased. Rolls very easily and seems to handle weight quite well. For the price of this unit it's a good buy.

Nice Stand, Hard to Load off Hoist
This was easy to assemble and seems to be of good quality. It rolls around my garage nicely. The stability of the stand with an engine mounted is great. However, since this is a four wheel stand and wide at the point of entry to a hoist, it was difficult getting it located correctly when I attached the engine to it from the hoist. I had to wind up raising this stand on some wood 4x4s, then ease it off the 4x4s once I had the engine mounted to the stand. As long as you prepare for the transition, you'll be OK.

Engine Stand
Purchased one of these last year and have used it several times on my big block GM marine engine. Rolls easily fully loaded. Folds up quickly for storage. Good solid stand at a very reasonable price.Does not come with engine mounting hardware but no big deal. Would purchase another.

Great stand
This is a very well build stand. I bought this stand to hold my big block and it does. I can roll it around my shop very easy with a fully built block on it and it is very stable when moving it. This is the best stand I have every bought and I have had/use many over the years.

Nice engine stand!
This engine stand is nice and sturdy and it was easy to assemble. The fold up feature is great for saving space in my garage. Moves easily with transmission on stand. I haven't used it for an engine yet, but expect the same results.
