Torin Aluminum Race Jack - 3-Ton, Model# T84030
Torin Floor Jack
We are a fleet repair facility, and after trying several aluminum jacks the Torin has now become my Tire Repairers favorite when responding to road services on sedans and light trucks. They remark how secure and stable they are over others we have bought and tried.

Not happy with product. Will not lift vehicle off of ground. Its my opinion that this jack could be better made.

Torin Race Jack 3 Ton
This is a great jack, plenty of lifting power, wheels around the cement floor easily. Also best price around when I purchased it.

Great large floor Jack
I always wanted to purchase a floor jack and glad I picked this one. It is very large but the weight is manageable. It has more than enough stability for my Grand Cherokee and F250 SD. Secure firm lifting and a nice foam handle. A mechanic friend was helping me replace my oil pan last month and he really was impressed using it.

Great Lift Power - However drop creep
Pros - This is a great lift. Super light for a 3 Ton capacity jack and lifts my automobile well.
Cons - It does not keep its load over time. Over periods of time it slowly drops in height. First rule of thumb is to always have a support stand which I do however I do not care for the slow drop creep. Wrote to manufacturer but never received response or recommendations
I still would recommend jack for lightness and lifting power however make sure you use a stand if this is common for this model.

nice jack, could be better
I bought this jack for general shop use in vehicle repair and maintenance, and it fills the bill adequately. It's reasonably light for it's capacity, so it's easy enough to load on the back of the truck for use away from the shop. In particular I like the low height with jack lowered as it makes it easy to get it up under really low cars or one with a flat tire.
The only improvement I could suggest is one of those dual stage pumps that quickly lift the jacking pad up to the lift point on the vehicle with a few strokes and then the lifting cylinder takes over, as it takes quite a few strokes to get the lift pad up there, especially if the jack handle is up under the vehicle restricting stroke arc.
