DINO Lock Picks - 8-Pc. Set, Model# RGN-230
Great starter set
I bought this set for my husband to play with since he's interested in learning how to open locks. He has been playing with it on our old locks, and he's quite happy with the results! The first time it took him 30 minutes to get it open, but now, it takes only 5 minutes, and he's still working on it! Next, he will try to pick our own lock!

8 pc. lock pick set
I am a 100% disabled Viet Nam Army Veteran. I purchased this set for fun and the challenge, something I could do sitting at a table. It has met all of my goals.

Good for a first set.
It's a good set and i will go through a few pros and cons.
Sturdy spring steel.
Very nice grips.
Nice variety of picks.
Chrome PLATED chips after picking about 50 locks.
Needs more tension wrenches.
The chrome plating chips but it is still usable and is still a good pick set for a beginner. I would of gave it 5/5 but for the chip i will give it 4/5.
I added a photo of the chip if you can see it.

One of the Best!
This lock pick set has all the most important picks you should need for most common locks. I was skeptical when purchasing this set, however, I do believe it is the best one out there for the money. I have a little knowledge of tumblers, etc, but I was able to open a common spare lockset I had in the shop in less than a minute. I tried another set I had, and it took me just a little over a minute. The key is the amount of pressure you exert on the tension bar, which comes with it. The tension must not be too much, yet just enough that will turn the lock when the tumblers align. I highly recommend this set to the beginner or novice. Instructions were of little value, so I watched a few YouTube videos to get the hang of it.

Good first set
I discovered that a good knowledge of how to open locks without destroying them would be a good idea when I lost a key. This set worked very well and I can now open most locks in under a minute. There are no instructions with the set and with the variety of locks out there it would be difficult to provide one. There are lots of videos on the internet to learn from so not a big deal. I would certainly recommend these as a first lock pick set

For the price, I expected much less quality in this item. These picks have an awesome feel to them and immediately give the impression of first-rate quality. Much higher quality than the hand-made items I used previously. I was expecting some form of instructions in them, but the only thing in it was a piece of paper with very poor english on it regarding the materials and such. If you're familiar with lock-picking, this will be no problem, otherwise you'll need to look up a general tutorial online.

Good basic picks
Having used these picks for almost a year I would recommend them as a good deal in basic picks. They fit a large range of locks and have held up well with only slight wear on the tips.

awesome pick set
I have a more in depth review on youtube but I will put one here too
Great pick set for a begginer comfortable, look great, and work very well the double sided tension wrench works very well in almost all locks and because it is ridgid it will give better feedback.
The case works very well has a nice belt loop for carrying on a belt durable doesn't wear very much at all great set I try to carry mine at all times (you never know) I have had to use it a few times and after a little practice I could open most locks.
One piece of advise I have for anyone who buys this is that a little bit of tape or shrink tubbing on the hooks will serve you well as single pin picking for a long time can be painful if you push your finger on the bottom of the pick.
Over all a great product would reccomend it to anyone.
