I Knew This Had To Be Built In The USA!,

"I have a long driveway and so the delivery truck had to leave it at the entrance - which is where I assembled this trailer - in about 30 minutes work I towed it with my tractor - please at how well designed, easy to assemble and sturdy smooth ride it provided. I love the tandem wheels and wide track tires! I knew this unit could not have come from China because it went together so easily and you could see the quality built into it.

Great job and I know it will haul many loads of split logs for the future!"

"This trailor handles well. It is durable, hauls 4.5 wheelbarrels of split wood, mauvers in tight spaces and ruff terrain. handles excellent through the woods, in snow and mud. Cleans up very easy. The dump bed is a great convience. It is easy to attach to my quad. It was reasonablely price and better in comparison to other trailors in its class. I would highly recommend this trailor to anyone."

Trailer for wood,

"I purchased this trailer for use behind a compact tractor. I use it primarily for transporting wood out of a 20 acre lot located in the southern Adirondack Park in northern NY. It a hilly territory with rocks,stumps & wet spots located in the trails. This trailer with its dual wheels is extremely stable. It also minimized damage to wet trails because of weight distribution & I pile the wood in it to the max. I would also recommend the side extensions. It adds valuable cubic feet to the load. The only problem issue I have found-I would not use the dump & move the trailer to unload its contents. There is a lip on the trailer which digs up the ground & does not slide smoothly. The lip is necessary for adding strength to the plastic bed. I have found the bed to be bullet proof so far. This trailer, overall, has exceeded my expectations. It is an investment, so I hope it is durable enough to last a good many years."

"This trailer is living up to its expectations. I purchased it primarily to help haul logs and landscape materials. The tandem wheel setup works very well in the woods and seems to be able to go over just about anything that my ATV can. The tub of the trailer shows no sign of damage after some very heavy use. Another thing I will mention is that the directions included for assembly were very easy to follow. This trailer has definitely been a huge asset to owning an ATV (lots of chores are now a whole lot easier)."

"I've had this trailer for a couple of years now and I am very happy with it's performance and durability. I heap it full with cut firewood and haul it over rough terrain back to the homestead and it does a good job. I also bolted some tie down loops in tht bottom so I can secure a 30 gal water barrel that I use for remote watering. When dumping I leave it connected to the 4 wheeler and literaly stand the thing up on it's back edge with the wheels completely off the ground and that works well to for a good clean out. I use this trailer a lot and I don't think it will ever wear out but if it does I'll definately buy another one."

"The Polar Trailer Heavy-Duty Tandem Axle Trailer is amasing. It does just what the subscription says and more. I couldn't believe the difference between a single axel cart and a tandem axel cart. Tandem Axel is far superior. I live on three acres of land that we are still clearing. The land is hilly, bumpy, and rough in some sections. But you wouldn't know this when using this product. We use it for firewood hauling and everything else. I wish my neighbor would buy her own so she wouldn't keep borowing mine (just kidding). Easy to assemble and extremely reliable. Don't waste your money on something inferior. Get the right thing the 1st time. I love this cart. Thank You Northern Tool for selling this item."

Details:

I assume this is the same box/bed as the single axle model, therefore the bedsize is 72x40x18 ( per manual)?
What is the tire size?
Is the manual available tfor the Tandem Axle unit?

The bed dimensions of the trailer are 6' L X 40" W X 18" D. The trailer has a high impact polyethylene body that will not crack in freezing temperatures when used properly.

The model #8262 (item # 125724) is made from heavier materials (High Impact Polyethylene Body vs Polyethylene body) that are able to withstand more weight than the model # 8261 (item # 125730). They also have different size beds.
The bed dimensions are:

It is 98 inches long and weighs 212 pounds, so as long as your wall is tall enough and you can find a hook or wall post to support the weight, it will store great.
