"This product is well built and works great, except, the gallon markings on the side of the tank are off. Whe you add (1) gallon of oil to the tank, the indicator shows 3/4 gallon.
If you can deal with this, it ts a great tool!!!"

"this product is great. was a little worried that it might not do what was needed but it has come in very handy with our day to day operation of shop when changing oil in vehicle. we will be purchasing another one in future to use for trans fluid also"

The down side,

"The waiting game, IM in Iraq and need the Oil dispenser yesterday. If the big guy could just keep them in stock it would be grate. The tank it self is ok, but if your going to use it 24-7, the hose will need to be replaced. It wears out in 3 months with everyday use. I put an air hose on my tank and it works grate. The gose is cheep that comes with the tank, its way to hard when its cold out. The wheels are a little dingy but has never failed me yet."

How much oil is left in dispenser that it won't expel?

Details:

I am transferring synthetic oil that is about $35 a quart and am concerned if I need to transfer 7 quarts of oil, how much will I need to put in the dispenser.

8 GALLON CAPACITY ON TANK. TO
OPERATE FILL TANK WITH OIL 4/5THS
CAPACITY WHICH IS 6.4 GAL. THE 4/5THS
IS THE SUGGESTED SAFETY FACTOR.

I'm sorry there is nothing to indicate how much may be left in the tank. I read all reviews and no one mentioned this. I'm afraid this would be the only way to find out is to test it. We would not be able to do that.
