Great product for big jobs with few color changes.
This is a great product for any large job that will be using the same paint throughout, and can save a lot of time. I would not use this for just a few rooms; for smaller jobs I prefer using a 18" roller. You must factor in the cleanup time when determining if it will be cost effective. It does use a little more paint than a traditional roller; you are after all filling up the pump, hose and roller.
The quality of the roller is great. It is well built and will last a long time when properly cleaned / oiled. One nice thing using this roller vs others is the built-in trigger. It is a simple valve, works great, and saves the hassle of cleaning / putting wear on your existing trigger assembly as most others do.
I would definitely recommend this for large jobs without many color changes when spraying is not a good option.

Not bad, but uses more paint.
We used this to paint the addition that we put on our house.
While it worked well and made things go a lot faster, we ended up using quite a bit more paint. then just a normal roller. I think it's the fact that too much gets stuck in the roller head.
If you are on a deadline this will definitely help you out, just expect to use more paint then a normal roller.

Must have
Bought with spray painter. I couldn't believe how easy it was to use and how much time it saved me. No loading the roller in a tray, no spilled paint, easy to clean.

Power Roller
Thanks Northern Tool for carring these units, I looked everywhere trying to find this model of power roller; I have used the Wagner power roller in the past , these seem to be a much improved version of the old style.
My company does a lot of ground storage tanks and the production from using a power roller is 30% more over the conventional roller in a bucket method.
