Torin Trolley Jack With 360?? Handle - 2-Ton, Model# T82360
great tool for small jobs
I have three of these around the shoppe. Great for lifting smaller jobs and because of compact design... excellent for getting into cramped positons where "standard" size jacks don't fit. Just wish it had a larger contact space for lifting.

Its cheep in many ways.
The price makes it handy for entry level. its thickness vs lift height makes it a bit of a pain to deal with some times. The real casters hanging out further then the front also make it hard to put on a block unless you get a big one or hang the back side off it. slop in the handle is partially correct. if you angle the handle down and "lift" the pump mechinism you can get a good pump out of it each time but that is a bit annoying. on the other hand that "slop" allows you to work on lower vehicles a bit easier by making the top of the pump lower its fit is ok and the fact the handle is slightly bent "up wards" make it harder to work on vehicles in that weight class. if there was a notch on the side or bottom so the handle could be used a bit differently that would be another story.
It has moderate to good out door wear charictoristics. I have used it to lift farm impliments by the toungue so as long as you arent stuck with tight corners its not to bad. casers are rough and rusty now and the lift dosnt "stay up" it will quickly start to settle so you have to have a stand ready to go. never over used it either.

Very low, sloppy action.
One of the very few Northern products I really didn't like. Barely gets the tire off the ground and 3/4 of each pump is taking up the slop in the handle mechanism before it's loaded. It's a knuckle buster masquerading as a cheap jack.

Great for little tractors
This floor jack is just the ticket when working on riding mowers and little garden tractors. Most convenient is the 360 degree handle that comes in very handy when lifting in confined areas. Definitely recommend this one for the non full-time mechanic.

good for the money
I have had this jack for about a year and a half. It works great. I like the 360 handle. no leaks or any thing.
but a couple of problems. the end of the handle that turns the down screw keeps bending back and rounding so u have to bend it back.
also it does not have enough height to pick up my stock height gmc k1500 4x4 truck. It just barely picks up my 2wd trailblazer. Picks up cars just fine. or trucks from the rear differential.
I wish the contact disk was bigger.
I just bought a commercial type jack from on sale from Northern tool. and I wish I bought that one first and never messed with this one. although this one makes a good second jack.

Perfect Travelling Workhorse
I collect vintage automobiles, John Deere Farm Tractors, and Vintage Trucks. This little powerhouse of a jack is always with me when retrieving vintage automobiles, trucks , or farm equipment. It is light and small enough to be handled easily, fits under any car chassis, can be blocked up to service wheels on medium size tractors, and is the most versatile jack I have ever used. This is an indispensible item when retrieving, towing , or working on a vehicle. It is worth it's weight in gold.

Not intended for large heavy projects or large vehicles, don't let the 2-ton image fool you. For the money and small projects it is a great product.

Why pay more?
When the jack works the same or better than any other major retail brand why would you ever pay more. The swivel part of the handle is also a very nice function that makes my jobs easier.

2 TON TROLLEY JACK
At only 27 lbs and with a slim profile of 18X9 ...I am using this jack to replace the wimpy sissor jack for my recently restored 1970 El Camino. It fits very nicely behind the seat and can hold the weight for safe tire changing under any condition.

Good jack for basic automotive work
Purchased this jack a couple months ago along with a pair of the 2-ton jack stands from Torin. For less than $50 this combo has served me very well for basic automotive projects like oil changes, tire rotations, etc.
