Torin Hydraulic Bottle Jack - 20 Ton, Model# T92003
specs arent accurate
The add above lists two heights: max height 17 7/8" and max lift height 20 1/4". I contacted Northern Tool and Equipment and they assured me it's 20 1/4", I bought it today and the max height it will extend to, with the screw top fully extended is 18 3/4", without the screw top only 16". Now you're informed.

Quality product does the job
Smooth jacking action raises almost any lifting need for this type of tool. Appears to be well made and for the price I would buy more of these when needed. I believe you would be satisfied purchasing this product without a doubt.

Worked like it was suppose to.
We use bottle jacks all the time, and this one worked just as it was suppose to. No issues found planning on using it for many years.

Good jack for the money
Use this jack in my 20 Ton press. My shop is not heated and the jack works fine even in the cold. Great jack for the money.

Hit or miss Quality Control
I bought 3 pairs of these jacks for lifting wood girders into place under residential floors.
I purposely bought a jack rated for much heavier work than I planned to do. These 20 ton models were at least twice the loads I intended to lift. 3 jacks worked as expected. 2 began to creep down slowly under a load, so I disassembled, cleaned and changed the oil. They were improved, but would creep down when loaded for more than a few hours. Jack # six never held a load at all.

Torin Hydraulic bottle jack-20 Ton, Model#T92003
I bought this jack to fix a sagging beach cottage built in 1938. The lifting was easy due to the 20 Ton capability, although getting under the cottage was an experience of a lifetime. However, If I had bought a stubby version, My job would have taken less digging to make room for the jack.
I also reach for this jack whenever I need to do any work on my pick-up truck, before grabbing the jack that came with the truck. A few pumps of the handle works better than twisting my arm off using a scissor jack.
I would buy another, but I see no reason to. It has never failed to lift what I needed lifted.

I have bought several of these to raise and level an old log cabin we purchased. I was worried they wouldn't have enough capacity to do the job. To say the least they have been fantastic. Even better when you catch them on sale. My father-in-law purchased some similar jacks from the local farm store and has had nothing but trouble out of them. He has since switched to Northern for his needs also.
