Great buy!
This wrench is a great buy. I own 2 others by Matco and Craftsman that only go to 100 and 35 ft lbs. I bought this so I could torque to 150 ft lbs. It is very well made and the click is audible and tactile.

Ease and use of 1/2" torgue wrench
Unable to find all the tools else where one stop to Northern got us the tools we needed for a specific job. Reading the instructions was key to prolong tool life and accurate measurements. The use of adjustments was the same as I found on other torque wrenches. The carrying case provides protection from elements. = Excellent

great product for the price
this is a great home use torque wrench, I change my own brakes, rotate tires, etc. and this wrench works great for half the price of other brands.

1/2 inch torque wrench
I bought this torque wrench for tighten lug nuts. It works great! It has a loud click and it makes my jobs so much easier. I came with a plastic molded case and best of all is the limited lifetime guarantee!

Works for me
I use this torque wrench for home use so it doesn't see alot of action. I make sure to "zero" it after every use. So far it has got the job done.

Replaced my aging innaccurate torque wrench
This product replaced my aging and inaccurate torque wrench. Out of the box I tested it for accuracy and it was dead on accurate from 15 on up. As with any torque wrench it's difficult for them to be accurate at the extreme ends of their range. You always want to use a torque wrench appropriate for your job.
I retested the accuracy of this wrench after about 300 torque downs at varying loads and it's still right on the money. The torque handle lockdown doesn't bind up when adjusting the torque setting either - a problem I had consistently with my 3/8ths model.
Great clicker!

This product is horrible
I bought this from the local store. Not on sale, just needed a cheap torque wrench for a small task. This thing reads no where close to accurate. I would guess set at 50ftlb your probably getting more like 200. While in line returned mine there was another woman a little further back returning the same model but 3/8. These are absolute trash and should be avoided at all costs. Your better off hand tightening and guessing than using one of these.
I buy a lot from Northern and can't believe the poor quality of this thing.

Torque Wrench Appears Accurate and Works Well
I recently bought this torque wrench to supplement my 45 year old beam torque wrench. I checked the accuracy using a fish scale that I know to be accurate and it appeared to be within 2 Ft-Lbs at 50 and 65 Ft-Lbs. Good enough for any application I have. I immediately used it for torquing lug nuts on my daughter's '97 Taurus. The click makes it easy to tell when you have reached the set torque compared to trying to use my old beam torque wrench, which is very difficult at best to see while tightening the lug nuts. The price is great and I'm happy with this purchase.
