"This is an excellent, versatile set. It contains many styles of hook picks, primariarly. The varying widths of the tools allows for use in virtually any size keyway, which I have not found in any other set of this size.

The handles are comfortable, and allow for fairly good feedback from the picks.

Customer service was suberb (the set arrived missing a piece). It took a few days for them to respond via email, but once they did, they resolved the issue very quickly.

I was heasitant about purchasing this set, as there were mixed reviews, but I am very pleased with this product, and with the Northern Tool Company as a whole."

"The set is pretty nice. It's a little hard to figure out which pick to use, though. I've only used it 3 or 4 times & it worked on all but one. I had to call in the pro for that one, and even he had trouble with it, so I didn't feel so bad then."

"This set would be more helpful if there were an intructional DVD with it. Showing which pick works best on which lock.I work for Oklahoma Department of Corrections and as most D.O.C. employees know, some tool/key control positions are learn as you go!"

Lock Pick Set - Not as Sturdy as it could be,

"I wasn't too impressed with this lock pick set. First, one of the picks was broken upon receivinig it. Most importantly, the material that each tool is made of is of poor quality. The handles are plastic and the metal is very light weight and easy to break. I would not recommend this particular lock pick."

"This set is easy to learn to use, beginners should find a book that gets you to understand locks. Set is very complete. Can get into most locks with ease. Tools are built well and case is easy to carry when you neeed it."
