Constructed of 11-gauge steel with hot-rolled steel grill top, which allows slag and debris to fall through onto a pull-out tray directly beneath the grill. Adjustable height from 30in. to 43in. Overall: 26in.L x 38in.W x 43in. Table top is 24 5/8in.L x 36 1/4in.W. Side shield sold separately.

"The table is great. Yes, the instructions were not complete but it still went together very well. The height adjustment is Awesome! Be sure to consider adding the side and back wings as weil. It is a seperate purchase but well worth the investment. This table seems very stable but it actually can be moved to different locations, with ease."

"I love this welding table. The slag and debris collect in the lower tray for easy removal and don't collect on the gratting surface. Also like that it is small enough to move around easily."

"Read all the reviews before pulling the trigger & purchasing.

The table came in one box, exterior packed well. Interior - the legs, which were shipped in the tray, came loose, shifted & jammed the door shut. Took a little wrestling with to free up.

Assembly wasn't hard, but the directions were poor if deciding which type of bolt for a hole (there are only 2 different ones so it is not hard).

Thing I most like about it is the height adjustment. i am a tall guy & find at the tallest height setting on the table almost too tall. This is a good thing. I can finally MIG weld standing up & not hunched over on the ground for small projects.

For the value, this is an excellent table. Only improvement I can see - locking casters to wheel it around. Another quick welding project soon to be done."

Welding Table with side panels,

"All of the parts and fastners needed were provided.
The parts were not difficult to assemble and the wide adjustments to the finished working height makes it adjustable for different height weldors, whether sitting or standing.
I've used it for plasma cutting and gas welding it not only made it easier to actually set up the pieces, but captaured the sparks that you do not want scattering around the floor.
This talble was a very good value for the cost and I would/will recommend it to others.

"I used to weld on the floor now I can stand comfortably and not make a big mess. The tray catches the slag and I don't have to clean up from small jobs.
Built well for what it does. i was not disappointed in the product. Northern must have taken note to the previous mails that suggested poor packing. Mine was packed very well."

"I saw the welding table on the Northern Tool web site. I saw the review that was online and decided to visit the nearest store (60 miles) when I was in that area. In the store the welding tables were not only boxed but had wood on all sides and metal banding to protect the table during shipment. I had the salesman take the banding and wood off to allow the table to be loaded in the trunk of my car. There was no visibel damage to the carton.
Upon unpacking at my location I found the table to be in good condition. No scratches. No damage at all. The assembly instructions were a bit limited but assembly was no problem. The drawer could be improved however.
I want to put casters on the legs so it can be moved easely but am having some trouble finding ones that would fit. Casters could be an accessory option."

Well Constructed Table,

"Generally, this table will work well for any small welding project. The basic contruction is good and the table appears to be sturdy enought to handle any reasonable load. The adjustable legs are a plus allowing you to get just the right height for your body size. In areas where splatter is a concern, the optional side panels are a must. For larger projects, one or more of the optional side panels must be removed. To do so, the screws are easily accessible for removal and replacement.

Unfortunately, I can only give the table 3 stars due to it's condition upon receiving it. The packaging could have been sturdier with more attention paid to protecting the product during shipping. Consequentially, the table showed some damage, i.e.: bent drawer corners, chipped paint and scratches. Also, the table legs and braces became dislodged during shipping and jammed themselves inside the drawer compartment. Additionally, the hardware supplied was incomplete and missing numerous nuts and bolts.

Overall, this is a good table and should work well for anyone. However, Northern Tool should give more consideration to packing and/or the shipper should have handled the product with more care. What I received should have been sold as a factory second due to its condition."
