"Very useful product, but it could use some perfecting. When trying to to loosen the wand to adjust, especially when wet, it's very difficult. Needs to have better grips. Still better than trying to p-wash off of a ladder."

"I use this wand to wash all around my two story home and garage, and never have to get on a ladder. It makes washing the building much safer and faster than having to keep moving the ladder. The one thing I wish that could be improved, is that the handle for the sprayer should move up and down the wand instead of only at the end. This would also be perfect if it had an adjustable arm at the top for cleaning out gutters. I find this helps me a lot when pressure washing hard to reach areas, I have a much greater range and it can be done much more safely. It is well constructed and is heavy duty. I've used for a couple years with out any problems."

Much Better Than A Ladder,

"Good construction, seems durable and not too heavy, but the stronger you are the better. It takes some getting used to due to the flexing but once you develope the technique you can move along quite quickly. The best thing about it is that you save a lot of time by not having to use a ladder."

"This is a great product. I can wash the gable on a story and a half house from the ground. Its a little wobbly when its fully extended, and its takes some getting used to, but it beats working off of a ladder. I don't feel that the belt is worth the money. I just rest the butt of the wand against me and have plenty of control. You WILL get an upper body workout if you use it for most of the day!"

"Application was for siding located high up on the side of the house. Product was easy to set up but the belt attachment requires some sophistication.
The wand is kind of heavy after awhile but helped me avoid climbing all the way up on the ladder. I would say that using the wand while standing on the floor gives you much better leverage.It does a great job of cleaning and probably would be more useful in professional applications."

"Overall quality is very good. Easy to extend. The top mounting piece for the various sizes of tips could have used a bit more angle. If you are going to have to use it in the fully extended configuration for long periods of time, the harness accessory would be a must. The ergonomics of the handle and trigger need to be improved.

Overall, I saved at least an hour on my annual house pressure washing project by not having the hassle of using a ladder."

The telescoping wand will work with your Briggs pressure washer. The gun has the standard 3/8 " female npt inlet and the 3/8" male plug x 22 mm male screw type connector. You should not need any other connectors.

I had to order a 3/8" male inlet to a quick coupler in order to attach it to my hose. Had I known that when I ordered the wand, I would have saved myself some shipping charges.

This wand comes with both 22mm and 3/8 fittings to connect to your existing hose. 1/4" quick connect nozzles are also required. If your pressure washer did not come equipped with quick connect nozzles, we have them available for you. Be sure to match the orifice size of the nozzles to your pressure washer's gallon per minute output to ensure proper flow and pressure.

To apply chemical with this wand, a down stream detergent injector and a detergent nozzle are required. With this setup the chemical is applied at low pressure. See links below for more details.

I have a Sears 6 hp PW and the fittings that came with this worked fine. I didn't have to buy anything else. If you plan to use it in the 12-18 foot range for long periods, I would recommend the accessory harness. I didn't get it, but I don't have to use it fully extended very much. NH had a special about 2 weeks after I bought mine that included the harness for free (just my luck)........

Yes, I spoke with the manufacturer of the telescopic wand (General Pump) and this will work just fine with your pressure washer.

Depending on what you have for couplers you may need to purchase a coupler to get it to attach correctly to your existing hose.

I have the 18'. I'm guessing that the difference in weight between the 24' is negligable, probably only a pound or two at most. The 18 footer is plenty heavy enough but not nearly as heavy as I had feared it would be when full of water. My trigger arm was sore after completing my house but I'm not in good shape. The reason I didn't get the 24' was that I was worried about the flexing while spraying. The 18' is very wiggly but you quickly develope a technique that keeps the nozzle under control. I feel the 24' would be unacceptably uncontrollable when fully extended.
