Propane-powered heaters deliver efficient, intense radiant heat that warms objects, not air, so theres virtually no heat lost to the surroundings. Specifically designed for construction sites to give you total portability (no electrical cords), clean and quiet operation (no noisy blowers to stir up dirt and debris) and fast, reliable heat. Also ideal for patios, poolside areas, loading docks, workshops and sheds. 12-ft. hose allows for directional movement without moving tank. Tip-over safety switch shuts unit off if accidentally knocked over. Even if it does tip over, the heavy-duty welded frame can withstand thermal shock and years of use. Answers

Yes, this heater is unvented, and must be used only in a well ventilated area. Two openings directly to the outdoors must be provided, one low and one high, preferably on opposite sides of the area to be heated. The heater is designed and approved for use as a construction heater.

Answers

This heater must be operated with adequate ventilation. Two openings directly to the outdoors must be provided, one low and one high, preferably on opposite sides of the area to be heated. Each of these openings must provide at least 3 square inches of combustion air-intake area and exhaust outlet area for every 1000 BTUs per hour of heater input rate in order to complete the combustion and ventilation process. The heater also needs to be on a flat non combustible surface far from other combustibles.

Warehouse Use

Details:

Would using this heater in a 2800 square foot warehouse space with a 22ft high ceiling be a good idea? Obviously I'd crack the overhead door somewhat to let in fresh air from outside when the unit is running. The 22ft high ceiling wouldn't make the area as confined, but I'm still a little nervous to use something not vented to the outside to heat the space when needed.

125K BTU Heater I bought this heater for my husband to use in the garage. It has quit twice on him and he had to re-adjust the thermocoupler. I don't know that he would want to order another. July 18, 2009

mr heater I have gone through a lot of construction heaters and this is the only one that I have been happy with. It heats great and quick and makes verry little noise ,even the igniter works first time to light the pilot, imagine that. iIwould definately recommend this heater to anyone wanting a lot of quite heat. Lots OF Heat This is a great heater and It will heat up my two car garage quick even when it is in the 30's out. I actually have to turn it down because it usually get to hot in the garage. This will definately have enough BTU's for double the size room. I usually leave the garage door cracked about 2 feet for ventilation. The only issue I have is the size of the unit. It takes up a lot of space in the garage and the instructions say you should not have it with in 6 ft of anything. I never turn it all the way up so I actually have it closer than 6 ft to some objects. March 8, 2007
