Electric Smoker
we had to buy a dual thermometer that measures both meat and temperature in the smoker for best results. Worked fine once we did that. Hard to "guess" temperature without it.

Hard to beat
This is the easiest smoker I've ever used. Had mine 4 years and still works great. Use beer and a coke in drip pan and meat is always juicy and tender. Over cooking by an hour or so makes no difference on pork. I cook all things on hi. You can't go wrong with this one. If I ever wear this one out I'll buy another.

Very Simple Smoker
I bought this for my father in law and he thought it was only o.k. He said you have to watch it closely and it was over priced for what you got. He did get some really tasty meat. If you are just starting out, get this smoker.

Smoking Pork
1st experience at smoking pork. Followed assembly directions . Easy.
I used an 8lb. Boston butt. Applied a rub. Smoked for 3 1/2 hours on high temp. Used a meat thermometer. Removed meat at 200 degrees. Excellent pulled pork barbeque.
The cooking grate did not fit well on the drip pan, but it seemed to work OK. Would be nice to have a meat thermometer included. Not very easy to remove grate when hot. I used two pair of pliers. All in all, good experience for a novice cooker.

1st Round
I bought this as my 1st smoker so I can make deer summer sausage. It was store delivered and in excellent condition. I took it home and proceeded to cook with it and wow did it get super hot quick. Low Med to Low looks as if it will do the trick. Like I said this is my 1st smoker and it seems like it will be all I will need.

Great little smoker!
Bought this as a gift and both the recipient and I have gotten a lot of use out of it. I was surprised at how well salmon turned out and am looking forward to smoking turkey and even vegetables to make sauces. There are lots of recipes that you can find online. The cook time is surprisingly short and the product turns out moist, not dry at all. The other great thing about it is that it works really well for a small space and is easy to store when not in use. The only design aspect that I could possibly complain about is that it might be easier to add/remove food if there were a door on the side of the smoker, rather than having just a lid on the top.

NO Brainer
This is the smoaker for the beginner as well as a seasoned pro. You really can't miss with this unit. Simply set the electric control to desired Temp add a handfull,(Yes I said just a Handfull) of wood chips and smoke your favorite meat to a perfect finish. The only downside to this smoker is that It dosen't come with an elaborate cook book. But if you set the control to To Med and follow a cook books baking time per lb your pretty close. I Smoked 9 lb. of Tri Tip in 40min on High and next time will use the Med. setting for a more rare finish. Why spend more this smoker will do as good a job at half the cost.

Great smoker for the price
Works well and produces excellent meat. Smoking chips in the bottom burned a bit more than expected. We have used this for chicken and pork. Recommend wrapping the pork up tightly as it was a bit dry. Overall, a very good product.

Old Smokey Electric Smoker
This one is great if you do not like to stay in front of the BBQ grill and keep turning the meat.
Turn to the medium temperature and relax.
