surface cleaner
We have concrete floors at our shop that get very dirty.
They are very porous in spots & hard to clean. After getting our surface cleaner attachment we no longer have problems getting the floors clean. It works GREAT & is simple to use. We love it, Thanks.

Great time-saving product!
I recently purchased this wall cleaner to use for my power washing business. I have several flat surface cleaners, and they save me a lot of time, so I figured the wall cleaner would do the same since it used the same concept. It works great! The only issue is that it can be a little hard to control. I find that if I keep the extension wand to about 15 feet, it's fine. Any longer than that, it;s hard to keep the spinner on the wall. This is a fantastic item and I would recommend to any profesional. It may be overkill for the average homeowner.

Very Handy
I do a lot of purchasing for my company and I bought this wall pressure washer for my crew. They liked it and it came packaged very well, no complaints about it so far. It's lightweight so I am sure fatigue will not be an issue, seems pretty tough too.

poor quality
It arrived broken in the box with a piece of the cheap blue plastic cracked off. The metal parts look fine but the low quality blue plastic cover makes for a poor product that won't last.

Much easier than a brush and ladder
I love it. I got it to use with my 24' extension wand, and cut my siding cleaning time from 2 or more full days to 2 evenings after work.
The key to keeping the unit on the siding is to have the pole much longer than the working height so you can back away from the house far enough to let gravity help. I was able to use it to clean the gable ends of the my two-story house, although the control is not as good when you have it 24' out. After about 20ft extension, I had to get somebody to help me lift the wand since I was belted to the end, but I could lower it myself by just walking it down the wall.
I tried using it to clean my pool deck. Although it cleaned well, I found it more work than just using the standard wand. I expect a cleaner with wheels would be better suited for horizontal surfaces.

Nice but limited
I purchased the wall surface cleaner for the vinyl siding on my home. Upon opening the item hookup was simple and needed no instruction. Using an extension pole and my 3000psi washer I attempted to clean the upper most extremities of my home (approx 20') and found it nearly impossible to keep the surface cleaner on the house. After lowering the cleaner to heights in the 10' or lower range the cleaner was easy to use and did a fantastic job.
The issue with this cleaner is the fact that you will have to use a ladder to make it affective at doing its job in high reaching places. If your desired use includes anything that you can reach with a 6' or less wand this item will do wonders for you.

This thing ROCKS!!!
I have a 6hp Campbell PW 2500psi, 2.5 gpm, WOW, turned my old pw into a work horse. I can't believe I've spent 10 years without one, I want to slap myself for not spending the $ on one, unbelievable I'm still grining ear to ear. What used to take 1-2 hour to clean a deck 2inches at a time I got it done in 15 min, and it was filthy from mold and winter dirt. I hit now in a 12inch swipe, so much fast than before, easy to handle, easy to use, I don't get wet from the overspray like with a wand. What used to take 2 tanks of fuel, now only takes 1/2 tank. I was able to do the front driveway, porch, picnic table since I was on a roll and I still had fuel left. I covered 5x more ground in 1 tank than before. This thing will pay for itself in no time. It doesn't leave streaks or marks like a wand does, cleans so even now and looks great. I saw the one with wheels, and this model was cheaper in price and looked the same, just no wheels. To me for the $, its a no brainer for occasional homeowner use.

SURFACE CLEANER
I think this product would work great for a homeower but not for the pro i have my own powerwashing company and i have gone through about 5 of these surface cleaners they work great for a while but then the plastic starts to crack and then falls apart.

Works great on a deck
Nice even cleaning on a deck - greatly reduces time required, and quality of the end result

Works well, but not what I expected
For some reason I thought this cleaner had rotating, scrubbing brushes, but it doesn't. The outer diameter of the metal "shell" (for lack of a better term) has short, fixed brushes, but inside are two rotaing angled spray nozzles. The device cleans well, however, it isn't easy going up the siding on my house due to the ridges; much easier coming down. The shell can also flip completely over if pressure is applied while it's far enough away from a surface, but is easily flipped back; just a minor annoyance.
