"This machine does a terrific job lubricating construction equipment as a one man operation compared to two people using a hand gun. Plenty of pressure, easy to load the cartridge, and the combination of a solid spout and a flex hose makes it very versatile.
My only objection is when you run out of grease, it still sounds like it is pumping, so you have to "waste" a little grease now and then to be sure it is still pumping. That is a small inconvenience compared to how well it works!!"

Greasing can be fun!,

"This little gem puts a new spin on greasing your vehicle. The only downside is dealing with the air hose, but it makes greasing anything much more pleasurable. You will go through a tube of grease in no time. It also makes akward positions a lot easier to deal with. Just snap on the line to the fitting and you can one hand (or one thumb) the trigger. Heck, you could grease with one hand and talk on the cell phone at the same time (I am told)."

"I work for a irrigation district out in california. I run a northwest 30 ton crane that has been converted to a dragline to clean drains and canals. The company is to cheap to buy us operators a air powerd grease gun. I purchased this air powerd grease gun not expecting much. To my surprise, its still pumping grease to over 50 zerts daily. My hats off to northern tools, they really do make a quality grease gun."

"After struggling with a hand powered gun to grease my ZRT lawn tractor for two years, a friend encouraged me to get an air-powered one. Since I keep a Northern Tool catalog next to my recliner, he found one, showed it to me, anf I went on-line & ordered. I was skeptical at first, but when I loaded the gun with ease and put it on the first fitting, I was won over! I couldn't believe I had been struggling for TWO years when I had my air compressor right there all along. The air grease gun was easy to load with grease, easy to attach to the compressor, and a breeze to attach to each of the 8 fittings on the mower. I now LOOK for things to grease."

"I grease my backhoe daily and this air powered grease gun has cut my time used about in half and works great on the fittings that didn't want to take grease before. It doesn't use much air, greases entire backhoe on 7gallon tank."

"I have used a hand pump grease gun for 50 years. this power gun is much easer to use. with the hand pump i had to place the pump on something to support it while iheld the nozzale and pumped with my other hand. with the power pump , place the nozzle on zert and press trigger. it is much easer and quicker . should have had one years ago."
