any of the standard grease tube refills. it should come with a rubber cap on 1 end and a pull top on the other. it will only fit in 1 way, so pay attention to the way you removed your old 1

This Northern Industrial air grease gun requires 30 to 50 psi in order to operate properly. There is no CFM requirement.

I use 90 psi in mine and that works great. I tried 145 psi when I first got it and it kept closing the valve so I went down on psi and ended up at 90.

What air pressure range to use? The tool says 30-150 psi and the package says only 30-50 psi. Will I damage it with 150 psi?

The Northern Industrial Air Grease Gun will not operate at 150 PSI. The pressure on your air compressor would need to be adjusted to 30 - 50 PSI as stated for best performance.

Grease Gun Had issues getting grease into the fittings on my riding lawnmower. Awkward angle to hold a manual gun and pump it. This tool makes it simple with the air power! Can also be used manually for things like wheel bearings where you don't want to over pack them. Great tool! April 23, 2013

Air greaser I can now get grease into tight fittings without all the hard work of pumping and squeezing!!! A pull of the trigger and we are good!! I like the semi-automatic version...it works great with a pump every time you pull the trigger!! The PSI created is enough to get grease into the stickiest of fittings with the least effort!!! Good........But Good product and fast shipping allows you to hold the end onto the fitting if is a loose fit and operate the gun with one hand..............But poor advertising I am use to guns that dispense grease as long as you hold the trigger in this one gives you one pump of grease then you have to release the trigger and pull it again if you need more grease. imagine my frustration the first time i used it and the catalog states it will run at air pressure up to 150 psi when in fact you have to turn the regulator down and run it no higher than 50 psi. Would i recommend it to a friend yes but only after i explained how it works. April 18, 2013

What a great time saver! This gun is plain awsome. I'd bought one of those cheaper guns on sale from a competitor (you know who they are) and it never worked right. Love the Northern Tool Air Grease Gun Great product I just ordered a second one to use for Mystik®JT-6® Hi-Temp Grease No. 2 . This product is more user friendly than the lincoln I had been using with Mystik®JT-6® Multi-Purpose Grease No. 2 . The grease gun loads very easliy and is very quick to prime unlike my previouse lincoln air grease gun. The grease gun is easy to use and works time after time, I normally use a tube of grease every time I use the gun on agri equipment and it fits into tight places and doesn't waste grease by leaving some in the tube. I know when it stops putting out grease its really out and didn't just have an air bubble which was a common problem with the lincoln. And the force it pushes the grease out with is great!! it can really clean out a stopped up fitting. My dad always said grease and oil are cheaper than parts and having this grease gun helps me keep every thing lubed and ready for work. May 31, 2012
