pulls like it is made to
We just moved to the desert of AZ..Surprise it is not all sand. here in the valley of the sun it is more like reinforced concrete. I fenced off what was to be my garden before I learned it needs to be in the shade in the afternoon. Sun dried tomatoes on the vine was my first clue. When I decided to move the fence posts I looked to Northern for the tool. I had one previously in Illinois but it was junk compared to the one I received. It did not match the description or pictures though. It was beautifully chrome plated and very beefy.. I will not say it pulled the posts without effort but it did pull them.. I put all of my 250++ on it and bounced up and down to get them out. All 20 posts out in less than an hour. I am impressed. And made in the good old USA to boot. Recommend yes.. loan only if it is a very good friend.

no time to lose
Having purchased 215 breathtaking acres in south-central Tennessee, I quickly learned that the previous owner installed cattle fencing several yards into my neighbors land. So, when I learned of this intrusion, courtesy demanded that I act quickly. I immediately contacted NorthernTool.com and ordered their fence post puller. It arrived quickly, and In a few hours I removed all the cattle fencing that was trespassing on my good neighbor's land. For those who have tried removing fence posts without Northern Tool's post puller, one quickly learns that the spade attached to the fence post makes it next to impossible to pull 'em up. You can bend the steel post in all directions and it won't budge an inch. But with Northern Tool's post puller, they came out like they were submerged in butter. The leverage geometry was perfectly designed--effortlessly, they came out. Having earned my neighbor's trust we now stand as good friends.

Great Purchase
We had a dog who loved to dig up flowers and vegetable plants so we put up a wire fence with steel posts. When we moved, I wanted to remove the fence and the posts. I tried everything to pull them out including a car jack with little to no success. We purchased the Tuggy T-Post Puller and they came up with a minimum of work and setup time. Totally worth the cost.

Blown away - worth it's weight in gold
I saw someone reviewed this saying his wife and kids could use it easily and I thought "Yeah right, they probably run a farm and the kids can bench press my weight or something!" but I was pleasantly surprised. I bought it thinking I was going to end up still digging up each post as they have tripled in price this year but WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!! I live in AZ and the ground is like concrete and I hit alot of rock with my t posts. I didn't even have a wrench to put this thing together properly and have been sick on bed rest for 2 weeks with strep throat and STILL managed to do this with ease! This t post puller is WORTH ITS WEIGHT IN GOLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

T-post puller
This puller is the best.
For years, i struggled with moving t-posts on our farm but this puller is so easy to use that my 12 year old was excited to use it.
Lucky me.
I took it to our family compound in Okanogan County and we pulled at least 100 posts in 2 hrs. My brother-in-law didn't want to let it out of his sight.
Quality is excellent.
You can't go wrong with this product.

T-Post Puller
We had put up a small temp fence using t-post when we first moved in to the new house to kep our dogs in the yard. When it came time to put in the new fence around the whole yard, I had around 15-20 post to take out of hard clay. I bought the t-post puller after doing some research. I was able to pull all 15-20 post out within 30 min with very litte effort. It is light weight and very easy to useand works on both side of the post. I am glad that I bought this product. It makes pulling t-post out of the ground after they had been in there for about three years easy. I would recommend this to anyone that needs to pull t-post out. It is worth the money.

Not for T-posts in Houston gumbo clay soil
From all the 5-star reviews of this product, I must assume it works great. I'm giving it only one star to alert anyone with gumbo clay soil, like here in Houston, that there was no way this could pull a T-post. I even added a breaker bar but it wouldn't budge any of the posts.

Works Well
This T post puller is heavy duty and pulls the deepest post with barely any effort.
The (L shaped) latch pin can and will fall out when being transported because it does not have a catch. I drilled a hole through the end and inserted an easily removable hinge pin after I found the missing latch pin when it had fallen out in my field.
