• Solid Base
  All NorthStar Generators are designed with a solid base. This style base provides a strong solid platform for the engine and generator head to mount to and creates a barrier between the ground and the generator. This barrier prevents grass, dirt, and dust from being sucked into the engine and alternator which extents the life of the generator.

• Focused V-Mounts
  All NorthStar Generators use a V-mount vibration isolation system. NorthStar V-Mounts have been designed to dampen and isolate the vibration created by the engine. NorthStar's interlocking style V-Mounts also prevent damage to the mounts and extend the life of the product. (Currently 165923,165967,165925,165939 do not use interlocking v-mounts just v-mounts. However all future models will use the interlocking style.)


• Brushless, Low Distortion, and Oversized Generator Head
  All NorthStar Generators use a reliable, 100% copper-wound, brushless generator head for years of long lasting power. Brushless Generator heads are proven to be superior in efficiency, performance, and last longer than brush style generator heads. Many other brands use a cheaper/ inferior Aluminum-wound generator head. Low THD (<6%) makes all NorthStar Generators safe to power sensitive equipment.


• Rugged Frame
  All NorthStar Generator frames are constructed from 1-1/4 in. and 1-3/8 in. diameter ERW hot rolled steel tubing.


• Quiet Muffler
  All NorthStar Generators that use a Honda V-Twin Engine are equipped with an Automotive-style muffler designed to reduce noise levels further than stock mufflers.
